Overall, this is a very good hotel. It’s a bit cold in the lobby.

Smelly non-room with broken window. Got a new room, which did not smell as bad as the old but it was a smoker room. Bad that they do not respect a no-smoker request.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the facilities were decent, the service at the front desk was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. They had a "poker face" and were incredibly unapproachable, responding to questions or requests with the bare minimum effort, if at all. It felt like they couldn't care less about providing good service or ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. This lack of warmth and hospitality left a bad impression, and unfortunately, it overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. Management needs to seriously consider training their front desk staff in customer service, as this kind of attitude is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Quite noisy due to a wedding …I don’t think that I will stay there again. But very central.

Hotel was in great location. Many eateries near hotel, Metro within couple of minutes walk from hotel

服務人員很周到，餐點也好吃，滿推薦升等到行政樓層，有下午茶及簡單餐點，行政餐廳景觀也很好～唯一缺點是入住期間剛好行政樓層餐廳下層入口被封，要從上層走樓梯上下，對於年長者不方便

I travelled Fuzhou for two days, i lived in this hotel for one night. it has very very very friendly staff, and very very very high class room equipments. Yes, i high recomand it.

it is amazing stay. It was made better with Jack cai extreme detail service. Will definitely visit again
