I found the hotel was fine. Services i needed were avaliable. It is old school, but very decent.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful. Crystal chandeliers, marble floors, gorgeous artwork. My family reserved two rooms, but they were starkly different from one another. One seemed old and dated while the other was modern. It was like one of the rooms hasn't been renovated yet. That's the reason behind my 4 star rating. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and had a good selection. The staff was kind and helpful. Location was great, near the Underground and tram stops. Overall, it was a good value! I would stay here again.

Great hotel ideal for business congress and vacation

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I loved every moment of it. Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. Very generous and delicious breakfast was included in our rate. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Great hotel with traditional furnishings. Excellent breakfast and location. Quiet room

We stayed for two nights and the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Kärntner Straße, in a very safe and secure area. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant offers a good variety of food if you prefer not to go out to eat. The rooms are very clean—ours was a bit small, but we had a balcony with a nice view, which made up for it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bir kaç sorun vardı öncelikle asansöre ulaşmak için kısa ama iki kez merdiven çıkmak gerekiyor bebek arabamız olduğu için zorlandık oraya bence bir rampa koyulabilir. Onun dısında bebeğimize bebek beşiği talep etmiştik bildiğin koltuk açmışlar çok güvensizdi bebeğimizle yatmak durumunda kaldık düşmesin diye
