トラム2番の停留所は目の前、地下鉄Uバーンや国鉄ミッテ駅に徒歩7-8分とアクセスは良好です また近くにスーパーもあります フロントは1階（E階）ですが客室は11-13階の高層階にあり、周囲の建物より高いのでウィーン市街が一望でき眺望は抜群です 私は13階のシングルルームに宿泊しましたがバルコニー付きでした Expediaの予約時には朝食は33ユーロのオプションとありましたが実際に宿泊してみたら朝食はインクルードですと案内されました 12階のレストランは品数も多く卵料理は都度オーダーに応じて調理してくれるなど高級感がありました 室内はモダンなデザインでシングルルームにしては広めでベッドルームの窓とバルコニーへ出るテラス戸どちらも電動ブラインドが装備されていました シングルなのでシャワーブースだけなのはいいのですがドアの隙間から微妙に水漏れして洗面所の床が濡れてしまうのがやや難点でした インネレシュタットのホテルとしてはリーズナブルなので次回訪問時も泊まってもいいと思えるホテルでした

Beautiful hotel next to Stat park, conveniently located, the staff at the check in desk are very helpful. The view in the breakfast room on 12 th floor is magnificent, however the service staff in the breakfast room are rite and quite condescending, ruined our experience. Highly recommend for the view in the hotel

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Our room was on the 11th floor, which provided a beautiful view and a very quiet atmosphere. We really appreciated the comfort and peacefulness of the room. The only issue we experienced was with the bathroom drain. Unfortunately, the water did not drain properly, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. Despite this problem, we enjoyed our time at the hotel overall. The great location, comfortable room, and lovely view made our stay memorable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Wien. Breakfast was very simple

Über den Dächern von Wien ist es zwar windig, aber auch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten die man für einen Hotelaufenthalt braucht. Die Tiefgarage ist ein zusätzliches Plus in der Wiener Innenstadt. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit

Amazing view of Vienna! Nice balcony space. Great shower. Nice breakfast and they make personal egg dishes for guests. Enjoyed the afternoon coffee/tea/cakes from 1-5pm every day. Nice space to take a break and then return to sightseeing. Walking distance to much of the historic city and museums,

The hotel was happily located and close to all attractions and tour meeting points in the innerstadt. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My single room with a balcony was small but cute. The balcony afforded a great view and made the room bigger. Also the close to the floor french doors was a great addition. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony. A little bit of a disappointment was the lack of good brew coffee in the room given the high quality coffee culture in Vienna. The bar in lobby does provide good coffee at a price. Another thing to note is the lack of an iron in the room. Had to go to a common area to iron and that too after checking with the front desk to make sure the room would be open. The room also lacks a safe making it inconvenient for intl travelers. All in all good value though

The hotel is nice and we got a top floor room with a large balcony. The view of the city, especially at night was spectacular. The hotel has not restaurant and there is no room service.

The room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, shopping, restaurants and historical sites.

What a beautiful hotel! Spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms with great views. Breakfast buffet lovely. Staff helpful. Bartender terrific. Well located for opera house, museums and Hop On Hop Off bus. We will be back!

We had a 12th floor corner suite with wrap-around balcony. It afforded us literally the BEST view on the city of Vienna! Hotel is more quiet than inner city hotels, no noise at night. Yet it is just a few minutes to walk to the Stephan's dome, the heart of Vienna. Service was very good, staff was also very friendly and accommodating. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

O hotel é velho, não é agradável. O banheiro é horrível, mínimo. A cama é confortável, mas de manhã o sol bate diretamente na cara do hóspede. O quarto fica totalmente claro pq não tem cortina blackout. O café da manhã e localização são bons. A classificação 4 estrelas está errada. Deveria ser 3 estrelas. Não tem room service e nenhum tipo de lanche ou algo para comer q se possa pedir. Somente o café da manhã. Não recomendo o hotel nesta classificação e no preço q se apresenta.

Great corner suite with a great location. Everything was spot on. Room was amazing with a cathedral view. Great shower, great bed. Afternoon coffee and cake service. Morning breakfast was great. Coffee, juices, salmon, eggs to order. Couldn't have been happier.

I love this hotel! The staff is so nice and very helpful and accommodating.The breakfast is wonderful and my room had the best view of the city with a balcony. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Add to that the best location on the parkring which makes it close and easy to get to everything by foot or U-Bahn. Perfect!
