Beautiful room , great location in Eixample neighborhood. Many restaurants and shops, easy walking, close enough to major attractions.

Tra il checking e il check out sono passate 10 ore e dell'unica cosa di cui avevo bisogno e cioe' di chiamare un taxi alle 4:50 di mattina mi e' stato risposto che avrei dovuto richiederlo 24 ore in anticipo. Settimanlmente trascorro qualche notte in hotel per lavoro e una cosa cosi' che non mi era mai successa e non mi accadra' piu' perche' non ritornero' piu' in questo hotel.

Check in was very easy, our room was ready early for us. They also stored our luggage securely prior to our room being ready. The location is great, we walked to many attractions. There are also many restaurants nearby. We would recommend the Italian one across the street. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The beds were a little hard for us but pillows soft. The rooftop pool and bar were also highlights. We did not try any of the food or bar options so cant comment on those.

Great location with quiet, comfortable room. However, the room smelled of mothballs, and the water pressure in the bathroom sometimes (especially in the morning) was nonexistent, making it impossible to use the sink or shower. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were very hospitable. The policy to not provide drinking water in the room on a daily basis also is not consistent with a 4-star property.

Nice lobby. Front desk was super helpful. They have USB outlets for your chargers if you don’t have a converter, which is nice. Clean room and fast Internet. Would stay again.

Cool hip Barcelona hotel. Very attractive entrance, lobby and rooms. The breakfast buffet is awesome, only thing missing is smoked salmon. Little pet peeve: no body lotion in the bathroom! Lots of cool hip restos around the corner.
