The hotel was absolutely amazing. Beautiful hotel, nice and courteous staff, and really comfortable beds. The only thing that was bad was there was a small child running around, yelling, and slamming doors next door but hotel wasnt at fault.

I did not get the room I reserved and paid in advance for. I was given the only room left, according to the hotel. I don’t understand why they would give my room to another guest when I had already paid for it. The room I was given was in dire need of repairs…the toilet seat was completely detached, the walls had patch paint work done, the shower curtain was full of holes. The pool was filthy and no fruit or bread on the comp breakfast. This hotel has gone down hill in the last 2 years. The staff is always friendly though

Room was nice but lights in bathroom flickered and would not stay on and their was no hot water to shower on morning of departure.

I didn’t stay here! Was told they were fully booked no rooms available when I arrived. I was sent away.

It was an unplanned stay in Snyder…had planned to make it to Lubbock, but wind and sand got dangerous. This hotel met all our needs for a one night stay.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. First room assigned, light in bathroom not working, coffee maker not working. Front desk assigned a second room. Clean room, but no shampoo. Front desk gave me a full dispenser. Quiet,soft mattress, peaceful sleep. Housekeeping never visited room. Trash, linens, beds never cleaned or tidied. Breakfast was made as presentable as possible by a pleasant woman. The product was acceptable. I have stayed at The Hyatt and Marriott Hotels in this small town, and will chose Hyatt from now on. For the same price point, I feel Hyatt tries harder.

We had a problem with the temperature of the bathroom water being too hot and no cold water. The manager said 2 other rooms had the same problem and they had a plumber working on it. They moved us to another room. Problem solved?

Nice and clean. No hot tub.

Everything was great as always, except the check in associate was so flat, no hello, no welcome, no how can I help you—we walked in and we approached the desk and gave our reservation name and she may have spoken three words to us. Not use to that here—usually very friendly like this morning at breakfast smiles everywhere and greetings from all.

I liked it fine until you demanded I type in a review. The property was fine, the review process not so much.

The property overall looked good, the bathroom in our room was dirty, nasty. Hairs on the bathroom floor, shower floor and walls. There was scum on all shower corners. That bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We arrived late at night and it was just one night stay, we would not come back. Breakfast was supposedly from 6-9 am, we went down at 8:40 and there was barely anything left, according to one of the employees, they don’t cook after 8:30am, so if the eggs are gone by 8:35 that is too bad.

Wir sind in der Nacht angereist und haben unsere späte Anreise angekündigt. Wir hatten auch noch 2 Stunden zum Check und es war niemand da. Nach mehrfachen klingeln und anrufen kam schlussendlich jemand und dann haben wir ein falsches Zimmer bekommen und es war nicht sehr sauber. Dieses Zimmer hat ein Maximum Wert von $40-50.

We stay at this facility most times when we visit Snyder. It's pet friendly and they do offer a hot breakfast.
