El lugar no es como en fotos, la regadera no servía el cuarto con humedad horrible, alberca elada y mal olor piso levantado

Muy buenas las instalaciones personal excelente nunca cambien

Clean room, pretty spot, didnt interact with staff much (i suppose its a good thing i didnt have to) but they were pleasant.

Las habitaciones están limpias pero les falta mantenimiento, la pintura se está cayendo, los pisos rotos y las puertas con polilla

夜遅く到着しましたが、直ぐにお部屋に入れました。近くの公園に屋台が出ているので美味しく食事してゆっくり休めます。ツインのお部屋でとても広く清潔です。。

The staff do an amazing job at maintaining rooms and public area, however, significant renovation investment would be a tremendous improvement.

Room was clean but had moldy peeling paint. Advertised breakfast included but then said it wasn’t when we tried to eat. Overpriced without breakfast & for condition of hotel.

Staff were helpful and courteous and the cafe in the restaurant was excellent! Loved the design and concept of the building and was a convenient location for us. However, the room had an extremely hard mattress, the walls were in poor condition (left over from previous water damage), the pool, although a beautiful layout, was freezing cold. The marketing on expedia was well done, but in reality, the hotel was shabby. The ownership needs to invest in some proper renovations. Our light fixture in the bathroom had exposed wiring that was fastened with electrical tape. The room did not have sufficient lighting and our table lamp didn't have a switch so we had to get behind the bedside table to unplug it to turn it off. The shower had reasonable pressure but the door didn't keep water from leaking around the bathroom floor creating a dangerous pool. We had to move rooms because there was a sewer backup into our shower. The staff were accommodating but we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience of having our bathroom smell and look like an outhouse in the shower. Soundproofing is poor as we could hear loud activity at 6am from an adjacent building along with noise from the second floor hotel room above us as the floors are wood. Beware there was no in-room safe and I had to leave identification at the front desk as a "deposit" to get pool towels. Staff were great but ownership needs to step up.

Checking took over 40min due to computer, internet issues. They finally made a hand written receipt to get me a key only after I asked them to cancel my reservation so I could go elsewhere. Arrived at hotel 9pm and finally got a key by 9:40ish. I tried to settled in and had zero luck connecting to WiFi, decided to shower and try again but still no luck connecting( I had room 21 and it’s at the end of the hallway, not sure if that has anything to do with the connection issue) I then tried to turn on tv to watch something and had zero service, only a spinning wheel of dead. Seems like cable service runs on WiFi. By this time it was past 11pm and too late to make a move. I also booked the hotel due to a post on the booking page that said they offer free shuttle service to the airport(that wasn’t the case, I was told I had to book a car service and that it would be $300mxn pesos… I got my car ride for $120mxn pesos) place was cute with decent location but the room shows age and disrepair, the lack of WiFi and cable was a problem in my case. Much left to be desired.

Habitaciones muy obscuras tuvimos filtración de agua que encharcó la habitación por lo que se solicitó cambio de habitación, cuanta con estacionamiento que está a dos cuadras si llegas noche tienes que ir al hotel por el encargado para que abra el estacionamiento y hay que caminar, en general buenas camas y el color lila es muy agradable

Room was spotless, hotel was beautiful, staff was lovely. Zero complaints.

Everything was perfectly fine for this trip! I will recommend this place to anyone I know who's a fine traveler!

Las habitaciones son amplias y la cama es comoda

Todo muy limpio y la atención fue muy buena. El restaurante que tienen allí está delicioso. El desayuno continental es poco, pero lo complementas con algo más y a buen precio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, además de muy céntrico todo!
