I really enjoyed my stay

Elevator was not working properly it was difficult getting up and down the steps with a healing foot. I did not get the cheaper rate that others in my same party received for a basketball trip. Theirs was over $100'cheaper.

Very nice location. At least 10 minutes away from the main city.

Fantastic hotel, very nice kitchen and bathroom.sofabed and footstool is great!

Rooms were clean uncomfortable bed, air conditioner didn’t work during the night - too hot in the room, breakfast was pitiful, not enough food or staff to cook it. No manager on duty at 730 am. We will not go back.

Bad mattress, felt old. Not a good breakfast

Staff was very nice, considerate, and welcoming.

Bugs on ceilings and windows, some bedding dirty, dirty underwear left in bathroom, floors stained, chairs stained. Pool bathroom disgusting and out of toilet paper. Ash trays outside overflowing.

It was a nice hotel for a night. Clean room, comfortable bed!

This property was extremely dirty. I walked into the room and walked right out and had to make arrangements at a different hotel which was unfortunate since I didn’t get into town until 2am. Would not recommend. I have stayed here before about 7 years ago and it was great. Property has gone downhill.

We had a room all the way to the end of the hall, close to an exit door.

Love the Cartersville area. Hotel in great location and very well maintained.

Great option for an overnight stop for our family if five. Having a full size fridge and dishwasher made prep for the next day of travel easy.
