Overall not bad but not excellent! Bed mattresses are needed to upgrade.

Room is great and outdoor onsen in the room is great! Just some areas in the room interior needs a bit of touch up! Breakfast is awesome too!

料理の質、量、スタッフの方の対応、すべて最高でした！ お部屋も素敵で、大満足です。 価格は決して安くはないですが、フリードリンクのクオリティも高く、トータルで見れば、　コスパがいいと思います。 また利用したいと思いますので、お仕事頑張って予約したいと思うお宿でした。

お部屋も料理もとてもよかったです。 チェックイン前に駐車場に車を停めさせてくれました。

スタッフの皆さんは素晴らしかった。 客室に経年劣化による改善箇所が多数見受けられた。

晚餐和早餐非常好，房間設施也很好，有私家溫泉。

家族4人で宿泊しました。植栽が良く部屋からの眺めていると癒されました。スタッフの対応が良く滞在中はなに不自由無く過ごせました。

Reception and service staff was excellent! Onsens in our own suite were amazing. Food was really great! We’d visit and stay here again.

内風呂にお湯が無い

非常恰意的度假之旅👍。

The rooms are very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The private onsen is amazing. We booked half board and was very thankful that they were willing to accommodate our vegetarian diet. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

住宿空間非常舒適，餐食很精緻，非常放鬆的住宿經驗。 沒有接駁車，但可以在車站搭乘計程車，旅館會支付費用。 與大自然環境結合、難免會有蟲子，告知工作人員後，有協助處理。

料理が美味しかった。部屋も広く、風呂も部屋に2タイプあり湯加減が自分で調整できて居心地も最高でした。また来たいと思います。
