The rooms are very spacious and has all the amenities needed. The private onsen is amazing. We booked half board and was very thankful that they were willing to accommodate our vegetarian diet. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

住宿空間非常舒適，餐食很精緻，非常放鬆的住宿經驗。 沒有接駁車，但可以在車站搭乘計程車，旅館會支付費用。 與大自然環境結合、難免會有蟲子，告知工作人員後，有協助處理。

Magnifique hôtel tout comme le personnel

料理が美味しかった。部屋も広く、風呂も部屋に2タイプあり湯加減が自分で調整できて居心地も最高でした。また来たいと思います。

Everything was really good

お部屋はすごく綺麗で非日常を味わえました。スタッフさんもすごく丁寧に接客していただき気分よく過ごせました。 夜ご飯、朝ご飯ともにこだわって作ってくださってるので見た目、味共に良かったです。 施設に置いてあるアメニティーグッズ等もすごくいい香りでした。室内のドリンクサービスも豊富でありがたいです。 おせわになりました。 また必ず泊まりたいと思います。

숙소 깔끔하고 온천도 좋은데 밥이 많이 별로..가이세키 기대했는데 맛없고 스테이크라도 기대했는데 와규스테이크 진짜 조금 줌..맛은 있으나 이게 맛을 느끼라고 하는 건지..너무 조금 줘서 실망.. 하나하나 나오는데 오래 걸려서 대기시간이 길어 입맛이 더 떨어졌음 총 1시간 반 소요. 조식은 빵과 오므라이스(밥은 없음)라서 좀 정성이 부족하다고 느꼈음ㅠㅠ일본식으로 달라고 미리 요청했으나 거절당함..그냥 싸구려호텔 조식느낌이었음 ㅠㅠ숙소는 좋으나 밥 때문에 재방문의사는 모르겠음

Our recent stay was exceptional. The accommodations were very comfortable, and all amenities were meticulously maintained. The onsen and all restrooms were spotless clean, and the services provided were of the highest quality.

私人風呂非常好，員工服務也非常好！

The hotel is a bit far from station if you are travelling with large luggage, but the good news are , arranging taxi to the hotel is pretty easy . Rooms are superb, have chosen a smaller room out of all the room option but it’s still way bigger than the one that I have last time in ito. Staff has get the whole room sprayed , so I am so pleased that the whole room is out of bug!

Everything was top notch. The rooms were large, clean, well equipped. The most amazing thing was definitely the food, was by far the best I’ve had in Yufuin after traveling here for more than 10 years. There were onsen inside your room, two infact, one indoor and one outdoor. Note there are no public bath

I really want to stay silent again and experience Ryokan, the best afterlife, in another type of room. It was the best facility and service. Especially great dining is still vivid in my memory.
