Beautiful hotel and excellent service ! I can get taxi to the hotel for free. The guest room are very big

Everything was top notch. The rooms were large, clean, well equipped. The most amazing thing was definitely the food, was by far the best I’ve had in Yufuin after traveling here for more than 10 years. There were onsen inside your room, two infact, one indoor and one outdoor. Note there are no public bath

I really want to stay silent again and experience Ryokan, the best afterlife, in another type of room. It was the best facility and service. Especially great dining is still vivid in my memory.

Beautiful room, friendly staff and great food.

My husband and I had an incredible time visiting such a special place as a part of our honeymoon. The food is the best food we have ever been served at a ryokan. The chef is so incredible at creating unique and innovative kaiseki by bringing in flavors outside of those found in traditional Japanese set dinners. Eating at Bettei Itsuki transformed and redefined what we thought kaiseki could be. Additionally, the staff here truly go above and beyond to make your stay incredible. We were met with kindness for everything and truly felt taken care of during our stay. Irina was an incredible hostess during our meals, and every member of the staff was so professional.

언어가 잘 통하지 않아도 친절하게 응대해주시고 좋았습니다. 숙소 또한 너무 깨끗하고 프라이빗한 노천탕도 너무 좋았습니다. 가이세키 또한 너무 맛있었습니다.

離金鱗湖只需5分鐘路程 離湯序坪街产戈也只需10鈼鐘路程左右 建議如坐JR 最好打電話到酒店安排接送 酒店離JR較遠 酒店員工非常友善 好客 房內設施齊備而且非常大 適合家庭旅遊 溫泉都在房內 私隱度高

今次為了慶祝周年紀念，第一次入住由布院的溫泉旅館，在云云之中看到了別邸樹，無論房間選擇，食物價錢各方面都有很優秀的表現。是以正值紅葉季節，但房間價錢真是十分高性價比！果然google 評分4.8真的當之無愧。當然視乎旅客期望的是甚麼，本人甚少入住溫泉旅館的經驗，一些大的品牌可能能給予很大的房間，但入住體驗正常，但價錢略高；其他小型旅館能給予的可能是正常一般的服務，但服務團隊不行，總有一個人態度令體驗欠佳（當然只是少數，其他人也很好）。今次入住別邸樹，房間十分滿意，最重要是服務人員的樂於助人，親切有善令人感到十分愉快，更而期待下次再臨。（都是個人感受，不喜勿插）小插曲：酒店送上小心意生果蛋糕盤，感到很驚喜！

어머니와 함께한 여행이었는데, 너무 만족하셨습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 영어 소통이 가능해서 편리했습니다. 저녁 식사도 매우 훌륭했고, 방도 매우 청결했어요. 프라이빗 온천탕도 좋았어요. 3번이나 온천을 즐겼습니다. 아쉬운 점은 네플릭스니 유튜브 등 OTT 컨텐츠를 볼수없다는 것입니다.

スタップの方の対応は良く、食事も美味しかったです。また部屋付きの露天風呂も気持ちよく入れました。

The onsen ryokan is brilliant. Totally worth the price. Great service and meal, lovely onsen bath. Just one advice, it would be better if you drive, since the hotel is like a 15mins walk away from the main area of Yufuin, which is fine in broad daylight but at night it is quite “rural”.

食事もお酒も美味しく頂きました　お酒の種類が豊富で嬉しいでした　　お風呂も露天風呂も付いていて5回も入りました　とても良かったです 機会があれば又行きたいお宿でした

Excellent stay. Beautiful dinner.

We loved our stay—traditional with a modern twist. It was super quiet and a perfect place to just relax.

Indoor bathtub was great. Outdoor one had good scenery but can spot small frogs at times. Meals were tasty in general.
