Buen servicio, personal muy amable, habitación completa, acogedora y con todo lo necesario. Muy céntrico de la playa y restaurantes.

Located in the heart of Las Terrenas and across the street from the beach, this hotel seemed promising. The front desk staff was rather welcoming and very responsive. The room was fairly spacious. We expected a lot of noise due to the central location but did not expect the room to be teeming with cockroaches. We initially noted some little cockroaches in the kitchen and then the bathroom. The final straw were the larger cockroaches that crawled on us while we were sleeping. The front desk staff was responsive and apologetic. They informed us that since our room was above the restaurant below, presence of cockroaches is an occasional occurrence. They mentioned that the rooms are fumigated every 15 days for this very reason. They did not have any rooms to relocate us to and offered to fumigate and deep clean our assigned room while we were there. Although the front staff was wonderful, sharing a room with cockroaches was not something appealing during our vacation. We found an airBnB nearby and left immediately. The front staff offered to refund our remaining stay but charged us for the first night. If you like central location, in the middle of the action with crowd noise, spacious rooms, good beach view, friendly lobby staff, but are ok with cockroaches, then this hotel should fit the bill. It did not meet our criteria.

Property was nice and as advertised. Staff were responsive and helpful at all times. Amazing breakfast at La Paniera. Views were immaculate.

We hadn't decided where to stay that night and drove past this place and thought it looked nice and was in a great location. We had a nice room that was more like an apartment with a big patio area to relax. The staff was nice. We also received a complimentary breakfast which was great as well. We walked across the street to the beach as well as a fun bar with food and a DJ!

Staff was friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast menu was extensive and very well prepared. Great view of the beach, abd within walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again

Lo que más nos gustó fue su ubicación, muy céntrico cerca de todo.

Nice property, well located in Las Terrenas, close to restaurants, spacious with kitchen and jacuzzi outside, spacious bed, shower was not that good, breakfast in bakery right below the hotel with delicious croissants and foccacias.

The hotel was great. The restaurants below the hotel gave us food poisoning so I would not recommend that and there are roosters next door that wake you up very early in the morning.

Hôtel magnifique, propre, excellent petit-déjeuner. Seul bémol, la maintenance comme presque partout dans le pays : 2 éclairages principaux grillés, support papier wc cassé et climatiseur en panne par manque de gaz. Tout a été réparé mais pas trés sérieux pour un hôtel qui appose 5 étoiles sur sa devanture.

Excelente el hospedaje, el ambiente y la piscinas 24 horas, muy tranquilo. El desayuno súper, mi familia encantada, volveremos pronto.

La chambre est particulièrement incroyable. Spacieuse, propre et magnifique. Superbe balcon avec vue sur l ocean. Grace à cela, nous avons pu profiter de magnifique lever de soleil. Petit déjeuner frais,bon et qualitatif. Le plus grand point positif reste le personnel de l hotel mais aussi de la Paneria ou nous prenions notre petit dej. Nous tenons a tous les remercier pour avoir rendu notre voyage de noce encore plus agréable.
