The rooms were a nice size and setup. The location was great. The service was excellent and the breakfast looked gorgeous and delicious. I did not get a chance to try it though,

The highlight is the breakfast! I also appreciate the shower with great water pressure, with the rain shower and detachable shower head, hot in 20 seconds. A+

We were given an upgrade to a suite- windows looking onto the other side of the hotel. Room was quiet- bed was comfortable, but freezing cold as the duvet was too thin for the temperature we had. Air con did not work. Quite confusing having to go to one lift to level 2 then change lifts for the hotel rooms. Reception on check in is strange too- very unco-ordinated and quite rude

Amazing staff! Getting the breakfast buffet for our whole stay was worth it! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, there’s only so many ways to share how personable all the staff were. They always checked in an asked how we were doing and how we were finding everything. The hotel felt like the best place to come home to after long adventurous days. Its location is close enough to everything you’d want to see while also being right on the very beginning of the Gran Via that you could still have a sense of calm being there. Beautiful views as well.

No todo el personal de la recepción tiene conocimiento de la categoría de cliente VIP de Expedia al hacer el check-in; ya que no nos ofrecieron la bebida de cortesía y a otros clientes que se estaban registrando a la par de nosotros les dieron la bienvenida como clientes VIP de Expedia y les explicaron todos los beneficios que tenían. El buffet de desayuno es espectacular, vale muchísimo la pena incluirlo en la tarifa al momento de reservar. Es muy variado con diferentes opciones para todos los gustos.

Great location

Todo el personal nos atendio con mucha amabilidad, especialmente Lucia en el “check in”. El cuarto muy cómodo y limpio. El desayuno es excelente. Nos encantó la estadía en este hotel.
