A basic place that was cheaper than other options. Staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly responded to my WhatsApp message asking how to take advantage of their free transport from the airport to the hotel. The Wifi didn't work for me. There was no dining option onsite and no restaurants in the area so you would have to travel somewhere to eat. The room was very clean. My room was far enough off the street that it was also quiet. The hotel seemed a bit expensive for what you got but a bed and a shower was all I needed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Cuando llegamos nos quisieron dar una habitación triple. Reclamamos que habíamos reservado y pagado una habitación matrimonial. El último día, casualidad de la vida, no había agua en la habitación. Preguntamos a otros huesped y nos respondió que no tenía ese problema, la administración nos dijo que se tiene que llenar el tanque de agua para que recién llegue a la habitación. No recomendaría el hostel.

A pesar de solo estar 1 día porque estaba de paso, el personal en general fue muy atento a cualquier requerimiento. Un personal muy calificado y las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas. Gracias por su atencion y amabilidad.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, great breakfast, awesome staff but far away from the plaza de Armas of Tarapoto, motokars charge at least 5 soles to take you places because is far from everything. You can't walk to the plaza you have to have transportation for everything.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena, excelente atención, buen servicio de limpieza, cómodo, tranquilo buena alternativa cuando deseas hospedarse en Tarapoto.

La disposición de los empleados fue excepcional, con la mejor actitud y atención posible. Tanto el hotel como internet dejan mucho que desear. El hotel esta viejo aunque limpio y cuidado. El internet estaba lentisimo prácticamente inusable. Y el pago con dolares es todo un problema. El servicio de tours excelentes y con la mejor actitud.
