Great little apartment in a excellent location. Booking team was really helpful as well. A bit noisy at times but I think that's more due to the central location

One night stay at Union bank apartments. Communication from owners was excellent from booking to leaving. Apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious with a huge bed. Fully equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee etc. Our apartment had a shower which was amazing, also large. There is a lift to all floors, which you don't always get in older buildings. An added benefit for us was a security guard on Friday & Saturday night. Fairly central with lots of bars & restaurants nearby. The cavern club & Liverpool One only a 5 minute walk away. The only negative was the building work going on next to the apartments, but in all honesty, we never heard any noise Will definitely be going back & would recommend.

Excellent location. The property was difficult to get to due to road closures and property work. There were a few small issues with the couch being stained but comfortable, we couldn’t get to plug in the bath to stick so the bath was unusable, and the complimentary coffee and sugar were old, hard and stale. Overall the apartment was nice and did the job. Communication with admin was really good!

Veldig praktisk leilighet med 2 soverom og 2 bad, egen stue og kjøkken. Bærer litt preg av mange gjester inn og ut. Sentral beliggenhet .

Fantastic location,

Its clean, was impressed with the conditions. Stove, dishwasher, washing machine, heaters, tv made available. The toilet was clean & theres a jacuzzi 😀. We asked for triple room & was given a king bed, awesome. Liverpool one shopping was just a walking distance. We will return in future when we visit Liverpool. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one😊🌹

The amenities were disappointing including a washing machine which was very difficult to use due to the door being very difficult to open etc...

Just some small things bothered me. There were no fave cloths to shower with and there was no Toilet Paper

Firstly the management were fantastic and accommodating to our requirements, but then the apartment was fantastic much better than our expectations. Thank you Laura and your team ❤️

The first room we had we had to leave due to a leaking tub and lack of hot water and heat. The next room was better but the building was very noisy! The staff were extremely nice!

Had a lovely 2 day trip , out apartment was extremely spacious and clean. We will be staying again.
