Todo está perfecto habitaciones amplias y muy limpias personal muy amable y atento comidas bien y rica

Ubicación céntrica y habitaciones cómodas , personal amable.

Afuera de nuestra habitación había un registros destapado y así estuvo todo el tiempo de nuestra estancia, para mí si significó un riesgo ya que iba con dos niños, cada que salían o entraban a la habitación me generaba angustia de que pudieran caerse adentro del registro o no se si sea una cisterna. En la alberca siento que les falta revisar detalles como que había una toalla húmeda en la parte de las rocas que estuvo al menos 3 días y una toalla húmeda desechable dos días, quizás son pequeños detalles, pero les resta puntos definitivamente.

The hotel staff in specific reception are not helpful oh nice. You hear a lot of noise from the dishes.

Un buen lugar limpio y tranquilo para descansar, su ubicación es muy céntrico y conveniente para ir de pie a Bahias cercanas.

We recently spent a night at hotel, in our first room the AC was making a loud sound. They moved us immediately but unfortunately you could not pick up the WiFi inside our room, you had to go into the hall. I needed a small amount of ice to keep medicine cool and was charged 15 pesos each time. The pool the first night was unusable as a large group had taken it over and it was chaos.The staff were excellant. Location is ok,Decor is nice and place was clean .

Nice property and it is walking distance to beach and city center. Breakfast is good and property is well kept. It’s very load on the weekends.
