Very good in all ways. Only noticed one shower was a bit dirty after staying in several rooms over several weeks. One room smelt smokey but I was instantly moved to another room with help to move.

Room was clean, spacious and tidy. Unfortunately poor wifi meant no access to most TV apps. Male staff whom checked us in was very friendly, efficient and professional.

Middle age Female staff member alittle abrupt upon check-in, cockroaches in the room. Property and amenities pretty average overall. Not much on-site.

Central location with excellent facilities

Amazing place to stay with probably the best check in staff I’ve met in the last 30 years of travelling around, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be recommending to any of my family and friends that ever stay in Newcastle.

Though on a driving trip and carparking would be helpful it was very safe and easy to park in the street. The unique heritage building was very appropriate for an industrial town.

Clean and friendly

The bed was shocking, pillows as hard as a rock and the shower barely got hot. Front desk people were great. Just not overly happy with the room.
