Terrible rooms No hiegne Water is not coming hot Wash room is not clean It's terrible hotel Will never come here

Our family of three stayed overnight in Jammu on the way back from Vaishnodevi. Location was perfect and room was of a comfortable size. However, plumbing work in the bathroom was unfinished. We had to shift rooms and make use of different bathrooms, as things did not work and plumbers were not available on site. Hot water was not available in the morning despite multiple reminders. For the fee that is being charged, the hotel should ensure rooms are fully functional with required amenities in good working condition and request for basic services made available.
