The room was clean but the breakfast was just ok. There were a lot of people at the same time and we had to wait for the coffee. The omelets should be changed. They taste like plastic. It was so good before, The quality of their food has gone down.

Go to breakfast early during peak season, that's a general tip for any included breakfast.

It provides the bare minimum. I would not do this again, and instead whould look for a place that provides character, interested staff, and a good breakfast.

Checking in was initially delayed as only one person was working the front desk and he was elsewhere for 10 minutes when we arrived. Check-in went pretty smoothly once he returned. The rooms and included breakfast were fine although the sofas in the dining area were badly stained and nasty. Also, we were initially pleased to see a EV charging station on the parking lot, but then disappointed to discover it was out of order. It looked like it was either never operational or out of order for a very extended period of time. Additional, the hall carpeting on our floor was pretty dirty and worn although the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Room was never cleaned during our stay. Only towels replaced. We didn't have hot water on our last day of stay. Room was dirty upon entry.

The room are very clean and modern, and the hotel itself is also very clean, with helpful staff. We didn't like the rolling barn doors to the bathrooms, since they don't lock and they leave gaps against the wall where you can see inside, so they don't feel private. Otherwise had a great stay.

The furniture in the waiting area/lobby was dirty, the staff was not helpful and showed zero customer service. The chlorine in the pool was so strong the kids all had red eyes and the skin around their eyes was red and irritated the bottoms of their feet . The room smelled musty, the breakfast was extremely minimal and they ran out of food? There was no milk, and the lady working the breakfast was confrontational, speaking about kids and guests infront of other guests. When questioned about their being no breakfast left was told “breakfast closes in 10 minutes” however breakfast food was mostly gone by 915. Others from our group stayed at super 8 and I will be doing the same going forward. Do not recommend. For the record I have never left a negative review and we travel frequently for multiple sports.

Accomodation was very comfortable. Regarding breakfast,things were not appropriately managed for Muslims.pork and eggs (scrambled) were side by side.I only took boiled egg and banana. I would appreciate if pork items are kept separately. Staff was great. Parking was OK.

We had a great day at the Hampton. Loved the big spacious room and the comfortable bed. Had a good breakfast. We have a great stay.

Spacious and clean room. Toilet and sink are separate. They use paper cups in the room. 👍👍 We are staying here for 5 nights. Occasionally, we found ants on the night tables. Mat Cox is the only staff with a smile. May be your staff should smile more, so we will feel more welcomed.
