Very nice hotel, the only thing that really let it down was the exterior. Beds were lovely and comfortable, bathroom was impeccable. Would definitely book again.

Great place for our Wembley visit.

Great Hotel for overnight stays for Wembley, very clean and convenienent as bus stop right outside, would stay again if I went to concert again

The hotel was easy to find, and is close to amenities like supermarkets and bus routes. It does have disabled access, but it’s harder than some places to get into thanks to a lamp post making turning difficult. People were also repeatedly parking over the dropped curb too- it’s lucky I can lift my chair up but others might not be able to. The room was small but very nice. It was clean and obviously newly decorated. It was very, very hot!! It was the middle of the heatwave, but walking into the room was like walking into a sauna, making sleeping very difficult. It was significantly hotter than the corridor and outside!! We did have fans which helped a little. There is a shisha bar outside which was busy in the evenings, but no one ever bothered us at all.

Beautiful refurbished room. Spacious bathroom. Fridge was helpful. Blackout blind I loved. Air con was a life saver during the heat wave.. The reception smelt absolutely amazing! If you could tell me what the smell was I would love it for my own house. TV had so many channels. Best stay in a while.

Very accessible for both public transport and restaurants/takeaways. Hotel was well lit and provides lift to support those with mobility difficulties.

Værelset var ikke klar til tiden. Der var ingen håndsæbe på badeværelset. Ingen morgenmad selvom det står at det er en del af opholdet. Der var kun rengøring en dag ud af de 4 dage vi var der og de tog kun to håndklæder ud af seks stk, men gav os ikke nogle nye. Der var revner i væggene og under vasken på badeværelset og gardinerne hang løst. Ingen aircondition på værelset, men en blæser som ikke gjorde den store forskel.

It’s was a really good hotel for our stay near our son. Beds comfortable, room clean and staff very friendly. Will definitely use again.

The room was okay, a little tired but worth the money.

員工基本上態度親切。浴室很新，很乾淨。整間房間沒半隻蟲子，能睡的很安心。缺點：地毯真的太舊了，脫線，脫毛，看起來很不舒服，跟網路上的照片不一樣。很多燈泡都壞掉了，員工說也沒新的燈泡可以更換。門口的座位晚上在經營抽大煙的生意，感覺很令人害怕。

Courteous and very friendly staff. The room was clean.

The hotel was fine, shower was a bit grubby and had cracks in the tiling but was otherwise adequate for sleeping

Room and bathroom was clean, whole hotel smelt fresh. Bed was comfortable.

Terrible

The outside of the hotel did not look like the photo on here however, the reception and the rooms were really clean and modern. The Receptionist who checked us in was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The room itself was bright and clean. There was even a fridge so we could get some milk for coffee. The only downside was a lack of teaspoons in the room for making a drink. There were plenty of shops nearby and it’s on a good tfl route. The parking was very limited but luckily we were able to park on a nearby street as it was a weekend, otherwise the surrounding streets are all permit holders only. The beds weren’t particularly comfy but manageable for one or two nights. Lovely stay though, thank you.
