Onsen in room is a game changer. We were already 18 days into our vacation and our legs appreciated being pampered.

rooms are kept really hot in autumn the beds are very hard but the onsen is lovely and the second room

The hotel room has no bathroom, only toilet, hence you'll need to go to the public bath on G/F every day. The public bath is ok but there's no towel provided, you'll need to bring along the towel from the room to the public bath. Good that there's 3 family bath rooms you can use. There's also a foot bath at the lobby which opens till 8pm.

館内は清潔感が溢れています。概ねスタッフは感じが良くて、特に食堂の案内係と調理スタッフはよく気が利いて親切だった。

浴槽つきのプレミアムルームに宿泊しました。

客室は清潔です。何より良かったのは部屋に温泉がついていたことです。自分の部屋で温泉に入れると言うのは最高です。

女性スタッフがとても丁寧でした また、部屋の清潔な客室でした

Like many onsen resorts, this is intended for you to stay within the facilities. Many of the neighboring restaurants either don’t take children, or are so small that it’s difficult to accommodate them. With that in mind, the biggest issue is the on-site restaurant. It was serving pre-reserved tables only (no walk-ins) but because we booked on Expedia we had no idea that not booking a meal in advance would limit us. The staff made no indication of how to make a reservation for future days nor did the front desk mention anything at check-in. If there were ample dining options around this would be a non-issue. What makes up for this poor restaurant experience is the amazing in-suite / indoor private bath. Very convenient and wonderful experience!

スタッフさんが素晴らしいです。部屋も温泉もとても綺麗です。朝食ビュッフェはハイクオリティでとても美味しかったです。 是非また来たいです。

過ごしやすかった。綺麗だった。 二連泊したけど、お風呂も綺麗にしてくれたのがよかった

Excellent Room with Onsen

Hôtel très beau et accueil agréable par le personnel. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec un buffet en partie japonais et occidental. Chambre à la japonaise avec tatami et onsen privé (un peu chaud). Séjour d'une nuit qui a permis de se reposer et se détendre avant la suite du voyage.

객실이 깨끗했고 매트리스도 상태가 좋아서 잘 잤습니다. 지하철역에서 빠르게 가면 10분에서 12분 걸려요. 대욕장은 실내랑 실외로 되어 있는데 깔끔해요. 좀더 온천 할 곳이 있었음 하는 아쉬움은 있어요. 다만 방안에 있는 경우 대욕장은 안가도 되니 잘 선택하심 될듯요
