Fantastic place!

Loved this place. Wonderful facilities and kind staff. Location, facilities, food all excellent. Strikes a great balance in accommodating elderly, older kids like ours and younger families. Happy to be in a spa hotel where everyone feels welcome.

The town is very quaint and very walkable. The hotel is in the middle of everything and you can walk to it all. The spa gets busy so it is recommended to book services ahead of time and my husband and I both got massages that were just ok. I probably wouldn’t get another one if we ever came back. The breakfast is good but get there early because they do not replace the food as it runs out. Dinner was probably better out in town so I would skip the hotel dinner. The family suite was perfect for our family of 4. Not cramped and everyone had a comfy bed.

Great experience with lots of details to everything, really enjoyed a real kids club wth activities and care.

Huge hotel and spa, so many rooms and treatment rooms. Very clean and all the staff very helpful and courteous. Nice pools and saunas and of course tried the mineral waters. The town itself was also very cute with lakes and parks to walk around. Lots of children everywhere, very kid friendly.

It is the best hotel with a SPA in Druskininkai. Excellent massage procedures, relaxing atmosphere and top-notch customer service experience. I got a lovely surprise from the hotel restaurant for my birthday - a fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. We will come back for sure!

An excellent hotel with a little spa section. We did not had any treatments, unfortunately. It is a short walk from the bus station and there are parking spots adjacent to the hotel. The hotel provides table tennis, bowling and more apart from the spa so if you are not interested in the spa you could entertain yourself with other things. There is a play corner in the restaurant for kids. The breakfast is super! Relaxing ambience and nice staff.

The staff was extremely kind and friendly, 5star service. The rooms and spa zone are super clean and well preserved.

Very excellent SPA-Hotel. It is located in a quiet are of Druskininkai, however close to the bus-terminal and all the nice restaurants in the city. Comfortable and nice rooms (had the suite). The SPA provides good and for everyone apropriate procedures. Excellent and big breakfast.

5-Stars all around! VERY friendly, English-speaking front desk staff. Gorgeous, huge room, phenomenal food and a beautiful spa and town. We will definitely visit again. Very well done!
