Really good place, very central Location and free parking which was very handy. Check in was super easy and we had a lovely lady greet us and show us around. We left fairly early around 7am and she was there to say bye with a bottle of water which was a very kind gesture. We will definitely be back!

Everywhere was clean and tidy but very, very dated. Room was fine but the decor leaves a lot to be desired. Owner was very helpful generally.

The shops was only 5 minutes away. The hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff could not do enough for you. Over all i will certainly go back there Car was in a safe place over night. I would recommend this hotel to Anyone who is looking.

This hotel was brilliant. Great by a very friendly member of staff and swiftly shown to our room. The room was spacious, fresh and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Was nice to have two arm chairs and vanity to sit and get ready at. The area was lovely and quite and only a short walk to town. Brilliant stay, would stay again and highly recommend!

This is simple accommodation, a bit like staying over at a friend’s home, but very clean and the owner friendly and accommodating. Excellent value for the money. It was good for us as we were passing through. There was off street parking, and we walked over to a nice Italian restaurant just a few minutes away.

Great location, close to beach and town. Spotlessly clean. Nice touches including fan and fridge. Great full English breakfast. Can't comment on parking as plenty of one road parking so used that. Would stay again.

It was a spur of the moment booking, unplanned stopover in Skegness. Unbelievable value, very warm welcome from the smiley and friendly lady. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. The driveway was a little tight but nice to have secure parking. The hotel was conveniently located and quiet. We didn’t stay for breakfast. Nice selection of drinks, biscuits, shower gel in room. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant with plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm as the heating was on. I would have scored 100% but for a small leak on the shower cubicle bottom seal and the shaver/mirror light wouldn't work - nit picking really but shows this review is honest. Even so, overall far better than could be expected for the price.
