If you want to start exploring the city by looking for the place where to buy toilette paper, dishwashing liquid, duster and paper towels, and trying to repair a leaking faucet in the bathroom - this will be a good place to stay! Once it is done, the place will become acceptable. The location cannot be better - close to restaurants, stores, subway. You can even walk to some of the museums. The Winter palace is within less than 10 min taxi ride.

We stayed there in July 2018. Apartment is located on a gated side street just off the Nevsky Prospect. The apartment is a nicely refurbished apartment in an old building therefore it takes a while for the water heater to heat up the water. We were informed about it by the staff while checking in and the staff told us with patience on how to get hot water. Once you got used to it then it should not be a big issue. Otherwise the apartment is generally clean with the essentials equipped inside the apartment. Staff are nice and helpful and responds within a reasonable time period. Location is very convenient but the lighting on the side street might be a little bit too dim at night. The lock at the main entrance of the building can be tricky sometimes as the number button might get a bit worn out and could not detect when we pressed certain number. The magnet lock might get a bit rusty too so we had to try a couple times before we can get in. A change of the locks, if possible, would definitely improve the experience. Other than these, it is a decent apartment and we had a good time staying there.

There were sheets only for one bed, and we arrived late nobody couldn't deliver those. Everything else were great.

Locations was right on the main street of Saint Petersburg. Easy access. Spacious apartment, and it was very clean.

Great apartment in a middle of action, beside metro station. You have everything you need to feel home away from home. The stuff is great and very helpful. We will definitely come back.

Super convenient apartments in the center of the city

Ficamos em um apartamento da rua Nevsky Prospecto, que é o coração de São Petesburgo. Vadim, o gerente, me ajudou em tudo (muito obrigada!) e foi tudo maravilhoso!

Asuntonamme oli tilava huoneisto Vosstanja-kadulla. Iso, erillinen makuuhuone. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset välineet. Laminaattilattiat. Asunto siistissä kunnossa. Rauhallinen, eikä liikenteen äänet häirinneet. Lähialueella paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja. Voimme suositella.

This is a first floor flat on a quiet but massive block of apartments. The staff are really helpful but not all of them speak English . The decor is typical Russian and it's in a great location, with restaurants and bars at your doorstep. Even with small children we were able to walk from the apartment to the train station and to the top sights .
