För lite utbud och valmöjligheter på frukosten för att vara ett 5 stjärnigt hotelll. Roof top var trevlig men hotellet verkade prioritera icke boende gäster. Ha koll på notan vid utcheckningen där de ville debitera oss för drinkar vi inte druckit i rooftop baren

The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. It did eventually get fixed. As a very nice gesture, we were gifted with a bottle of cava and a charcuterie tray, however, it was left in our room on our last night when we were out to dinner and we had a cab, which was arranged by the hotel, picking us up at 5:30 AM. I’m not quite sure why they waited to the end of our stay while we’re at dinner to leave it. Also, we were told they were not able to go into our room legally to check the water, however they were able to go into our room to leave the generous gift which we thought was odd.

We had a fantastic couples stay over Easter. The hotel is beautifully designed and kept in pristine conditions. Room and amenities were great. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was of a really high quality, with e.g. freshly squeezed juice - though note that it’s not a buffet and thus the selection is somewhat limited. The restaurant was also delicious, and portions abundant - I loved the tagliolini… Shame the rooftop was not yet open. Location is absolutely the best in town. Note the hotel does not have a gym

Localização maravilhosa, funcionarios solicitos e quarto muito bom. Unico ponto para uma estadia longa como a nossa que o cafe da manha é o mesmo todos os dias (a la carte)

Excelente tamaño de habitaciones

Good food, really nice and beautiful decor. The area was great. Service, not really happening. I said hello at the reception every time I walked by just to be sure they actually looked up and said hey as well.
