Excellent hotel

It is located just at the mouth of the mall of Qatar. Great hotel, however some issues with sink and door which broke twice and I had to have an electrician come and fix the issue. Service is excellent and prompt; staff is polite and courteous. Overall, a nice stay and I will recommend it in a heartbeat!

The hotel was truly amazing. The amenities were excellent and it’s located in the Mall of Qatar so you are never short of dining and shopping options. Staff were amazing and very attentive

Le personnel du service d’étage, en particulier lors des commandes de repas, ne s’est pas montré à la hauteur de nos attentes. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner l’accueil remarquable à la réception : l’équipe s’est montrée à la fois professionnelle, disponible et très coopérative.

The Staff didn’t hold back with accommodations

Excellent place

I could write many details about the place which I believe are subject to change or just one’s opinion but mostly a stay is made comfortable when the staff are polite and dependable and friendly which was the case of my experience. And for that I loved my stay.

Very good

I booked a king-size bed through the website. I arrived at the hotel at 3 pm and there were no rooms available. The receptionist asked me to wait for 4 hours until the room was ready, and my luggage would be transferred to the reserved room. I went to the room at 7 pm and couldn't find my luggage. The room door was open when I entered. I went down to the reception and retrieved my luggage. The room's air conditioner was not working well, and it was very hot, with an unpleasant smell in the room. I always encounter bad experiences with the hotel, but unfortunately, I have to return to it because of its location, even the bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

I have given 4/5stars ⭐️ as the wellness centre and pool was open between 9am-10pm. I was out early and came back late and so couldn’t use it. It would have been better if it opened early and closed late.
