It was a good experience however the TV quality was extremely poor

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, kleiner Minuspunkt die Beschränkung des freien WLAN auf 500 MB.

中心部からは離れているが、レンタカーで移動する分には不便は感じなかった。価格帯も丁度良い。一点、WiFiが一階でしか入らないのが旅行者によっては致命的になるかもしれない。

That was the first seeing a picture on the web site,and finding the real thing like on the website,that staff was so professional,food was Devine,rooms,crispy fresh and spotless,everyone went out of the way to please you,We felt like the only guest at the hotel,it was home away from home.

Very stylish and nice with excellent staff. A little noisy from highway and sounds from the libby level bar and adjacent seating.

Very modern, happening and nice with friendly and helpful staff. Right on a busy highway but still somehow hard to get to. And a little noisy but totally tolerable. Priced very fairly, including the good food.

Is very seldom that you go to a hotel and its 100% the way is on the online pictures. Please keep it that way.The staff is very professional and helpful.

You could hear the vent making noise in our room, the manager was exceptional and went out of his way to show us the other rooms available for the night, he managed to get the same room type, unfortunately the room smelt like fresh paint and there was a festival that night, you could hear people walking in and making noise till early morning. The windows should be soundproof. I had to check out at 6.30 am and the staff at breakfast were so friendly they made me a take away box with fruits, toast juices etc It’s was really nice of them. Overall, the manager was really helpfull and the staff 5 stars.

Staff not well prepared to deal with overbooking situations . The overbooking became my problem to solve and accommodate. After a long road trip an arrogant receptionist is something that can frustrate anyone’s vacation .

In the middle of the night we could heat a woman screaming and laughing on top of her voice which was disturbing our sleep, but other than that our stay was exceptional!

Foi apenas um pernoite já que estávamos de passagem , mas ótima escolha. Fácil acesso , ao lado da rodovia com um ótimo shopping em frente, Todo o lobby e o quarto muito bem decorado, Único ponto negativo é o restaurante, não recomendo.
