Very nice stay

部屋が新しく綺麗だった。 イギリスには珍しくシャワーの温度や湯量には非常に満足しました。 テレビでNetflixが見れた！

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very welcoming. Only recommendation is, please provide tea and coffee kettle and cup in the room.

The room was clean the staff were friendly

After a great welcome on arrival I was shown to my room which was spotless. Looks like it’s been recently renovated. I’ll be stopping here again when I’m next in Penrith. Great value for money.

Super room, super food downstairs, what is there not to like

The food downstairs is served by a friendly team and with a lot of selection to choose from the rooms are upto date and well maintained would definitely be stopping again 20/10

Beautiful rooms great location and food was great

Clean room, friendly staffs. In the small room efficiently many things are provided - such as a hair dryer, an iron, a mirror with lights, a kettle and drinks.

Excellent hotel. Always try and stay here when in town on business. Staff are great and Leslie’s breakfasts are spot on. Not that the other staffs breakfast are not ha ha. Recommend it to anyone as you won’t be disappointed.

What a haven after my drive from Scotland - superbly welcoming staff and explanation of room upon my arrival - was a wonderful final night of my trip returning to Norfolk the next day - thanks to all staff !!

Lovely family run hotel with a modern interior vibe in an old town building. Super friendly staff. Excellent room quiet air conditioning a big plus. Restaurant food Excellent, we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The staff are wonderful, fun and helpful. They were really the bright spot in our stay. The property was not up to international standards but very clean. The room was small.

Despite the initial confusion the staff were friendly and attentive. We ate at the inhouse restaurant and received good food and good advice for some of our group who have food intolerance that require management

For what it is, a room in an inn over a pub, it was excellent. Though the room was small, it was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
