Im really upset! My food and belongings were thrown away and they shrugged it off. Those items were not cheap. I even had a note saying not to move or take. Upon arrival the first time I booked, the room was not up to par. Outlets broken, mold in shower, smelly floors and chair felt unclean. Throughout my stay and to my knowledge, they didn’t clean any of it, only restocked some items. I know they don’t dust behind or under a lot of places. Outside stone wall needs cleaning. Select few staff made it a decent stay but others were rude or uncaring. I would not have stayed if I knew this was how it would be. Broken dryer, hot tub not working, usually busy by the pool and can’t enjoy any of the amenities.

The staff was wonderful to meet and very helpful.

The check-in process was easy and the young gentleman that serviced me was simply magnificent !

This was amazing

I love the hotel. The only takeaway would’ve been I requested a nonsmoking room and our room reeked of smoke. I loved Katy. The area was perfect

Very clean

Pool water looked nasty. People were vaping at the pool with kids around. Soup of the day on the board in the lobby said “Gin”. The sofa bed in our room was “out of order”. The person working at the front desk was very friendly and professional, but this appeared to be a party hotel, not a family hotel. Would not recommend.

Room is comfortable enough big & clean

So clean and the food was okay. The hot tub was broken:(. But great cleaning service and front desk people.I also loved the barista she was so nice

Nice clean rooms. William at the front desk was very helpful! No issues.

The hot tub was not working during my 5 night stay. The pool was cloudy and never saw anyone taking care of the pool area. The cushions were wet every day so couldn’t even lay around the pool and there were no towels for the pool area. Several things around the hotel needed repairs and repainting. Bar was not open every night we were there. The hotel has been bought out and is in transition but they still have work to do. Also, two different times saw guests smoking pot just outside hotel.

Elevator need work

Everything was excellent, the staff were very helpfull and kind

The front initially checked us into a room with someone in there. Once we got a room, the elevator looked like it had a bullet hole in it and riding it, it made a horrible noise when we got to our floor. The room was good. Outside of that I’m not sure I’d stay here again.

Big room, and the property was well kept and staff was great.

My stay was great room was clean except for a few dirty towels but otherwise great stay great staff and bar. I would definitely book again with this hotel.
