兎に角最悪。予約及びカード決済も終わってホテルに着くと、予約した部屋の隣に泊まっている客の息子が来るとかでその息子に部屋を貸したので泊まるとこは無いといわれた。さらに、別のホテルを紹介されたがそれは、ドライバーが泊まる部屋で、エアコン無し温水は出ない、部屋はかび臭いととても泊まれる状態ではなく、別のホテルに泊まった。キャンセルを申し出たが、従業員の態度やエクスペディアの知識が乏しく結局煩雑な手続きを踏むことになった。私たちは現地の友人と一緒に行動していたのでまだ救われたが、決して街の繁華街にあるホテルではないのでトラベラーだけでこのようなシュチュエーションに会うと大変なことになると思う。

the family was really nice! the place is really clean and the room is big. it is closed to the beautiful beaches. I really recommend this guest house ( be careful of hotel.com they said my breakfast was include but it was not! the owner helped us in the better way. thanks again.

Wifi voucher was given for 200M a day even though it was supposed to be free wifi service. No hot water in a shower room. Breakfast was 750 rupees so I didn't take it. The room was quite big.
