Great convient place

The receptionists were both really sweet and precious. Great stay! Awesome awesome breakfast!!! The hot tub was out of service but we used the pool and dry sauna! :)

The room needed work, bathroom was dirty and needed updated, bed was uncomfortable. The hotel needs some TLC. Front entrance ripped awning does not give place a good vibe. Breakfast was excellent.

Hard to get towels from the front desk otherwise great overall stay. I dont reuse towels at home so i wont do it away from home

Able to check in a little early. Very accommodating and nice coffee shop to wait in.

Rooms were fine as expected. Very disappointed that the hotel refused to accommodate our noontime checkout request both at check in and morning of check out. It would have made a huge difference to our group. We also had a traveller in our group with a food allergy who couldn’t eat in the restaurant to be able to use the breakfast vouchers provided.

Really enjoyed the quiet and clean room and exceptional breakfast

Well the pool was cloudy? It looked like swamp water. Same with the jacuzzi, it was gross looking. The sauna was pretty run down, the knob was broken so they must of turned it off and on with pliers?? Also there were cobwebs in the sauna and the rocks had no guard on them. The rooms beds were “flimsy” they felt like they would fall apart. The room fridge was wonky and you couldn’t put anything that may spill in it. The heater worked but the fan was wonky. Then there was breakfast so they gave us Tim’s cards instead. This was so not worth it.
