There’s a great find as close to the shopping center and had a great pool. Staff was wonderful thank you.

I was disappointed they closed exercise room during most of my stay. I had booked this hotel based on it having an exercise room so I wouldn't had stayed there if they had notified me they would have it closed.

Excellent location but the room was not clean.

I booked because it has fitness center. They had fitness's center closed for most of my stay. I would not have booked this hotel if they had disclosed this information to me at the time of booking.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. Convenient location in the mall.

Room was large, bed comfortable, nicely appointed bathroom with large counter area and walk-in shower. No noise from outside. Breakfasts were very good. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Would stay here again.

Can't beat the free parking and free breakfast (though the breakfast is fairly basic). It's in a suburban area, so there's no impressive views of the ocean or anything like that. Convenient dining options are within walking distance. Not for honeymooners, but great for families looking to stay on a budget.

Great place to stay if you don’t want a resort or are visiting family, or exploring the whole island.

The staff was friendly. Concerns were immediately addressed. Room was clean, shower was great. Breakfast was ok but it’s rare to get breakfast included at a hotel in Oahu

The hotel is in the middle of an open air mall, so there is ample parking, shopping and dining options. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and kind. The breakfast in the morning was good, and the pool was smaller, but was a nice pool. The hotel met our needs and was a nice place to stay:

Far exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and genuinely nice. Breakfast buffet was good. I would like to see more than 1 fruit option offered. We will definitely revisit this location.

Our bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Some towels had dirty spots, and there was hair left around the sink area. The room temp was also a little tricky to control. The mini fridge would not get as cold as we'd like, even at highest cold setting.
