Room was clean with daily room service. Breakfast was excellent, with good variety. Location was walkable to metro station and nearby sites. Overall, excellent

Extremely helpful staff at the front desk. Excellent air conditioning. Basic amenities. Fabulous location. Fun and lively public square, a bit noisy at night but part of the charm.

Se vc for chegar a noite achei localização perigosa. O Uber que pedimos não entra lá dentro . Café da manhã muito básico. Ao tinha quase nada e não tem nem frios . Hotel me cobrou um absurdo para ter mais uma estadia pq eu cheguei cedo pra o check in . Não voltaria. Quarto velho. Pedi uma casa de casal eles deram 2 de solteiro . Estrutura velha não vale a pena.

Great location.. right on the,small and adequate for sleeping. The staff was very good!

Very nice breakfast in a lovely historic basement setting! The hotel was in the centre of tourist area so perfect. Room simple but met our needs. Only thing was the pillows are quite hard, not what I’m used to.

La mejor ubicación para disfrutar Barcelona a pasos de la ramblas y el barrio gótico ,aunque no es moderno tiene todo lo necesario.

The hotel room was small but very comfortable and since we had the back , it was very quiet at night , they provided clean towels and small packet of shampoo , our room included breakfast but we were not able to use it because breakfast is served between 8 am to 10 am , we had a flight to catch at 11:30, but the walk to take the bus to the airport is half and hour , bus ride is about 20 minutes but check in at airport is slow. Staff was very friendly ,

Room was small. Needs a mirror & a bigger table. The blanket was very itchy. Breakfast didn’t have enough options

No ice no hair dryers. Smallest tv in room. No soap. But had a lovely little breakfast room and good location. But if you get a room that faces the courtyard beware they party all night long .

Horrible place to stay for what you pay. Will never return. Bare minimal, nothing works, no help or assistance from the staff, place is nasty!

Room was just fine. Location the best. Staff very helpful. The breakfast offering and space not up par. Items offered were not that great and the room itself smells nasty. Doubt it’s there fault but there is a sewer or septic leak nearby, imho. Not a pleasant atmosphere to eat in so I went to Amonpola each morning.

PARECIA UM CATIVEIRO. Primeiro, foi reservado quarto de casal, e chegando lá era um quarto triplo. Ao conversar com a recepção deu uma desculpa fiada dizendo que tinha acabado. Tudo ruim, cama com aspecto sujo. Iluminação ruim. Café medíocre. Única coisa boa é a localização.

Muito bem localizado, com pouco barulho. Recomendo, voltaria neste hotel novamente.

No Air Conditioning in room even though they advertise that they have it. Told after checking in and going to the room which was about 85 degrees that they only have central heat this time of year. Advised we couldn't stay in that hot room and need to cancel booking. No refund has been issued by either the hotel or hotel.com. Would not recommend this property

While the lift is being repaired and despite a staff member taking your bags to the room, climbing 4 flights of stairs after a full day of site seeing is hard work. As well as coming down them after your stay. Although there are many signs reminding you to keep quiet in the hallways and the rooms, many guests ignore this and the walls are paper thin (I could hear the man next door using the toilet). Great location

A very spartan third world type room. No amenities in the room other than a 13” tv and heat that didn’t work. Room came with (4) single beds? Really? For my wife and I?? I would not have booked if I had known we couldn’t sleep together as there was no way to connect the beds. Went to call front desk and what else…? The phone didn’t work!! Lousy “breakfast” or what ever they called it which consisted of croissants, rolls and plain muffins? Is that considered breakfast in Spain?? Totally disappointing space and staff seemed indifferent to any concerns we voiced. No soap, Kleenex or face towels…really? I’ve been in hostels better stocked than that!! Oh, and I almost forgot….elevator was out and we are traveling for 7 weeks this trip so we have 2 large and very tightly packed suitcases. It was so nice of the hotel staff to offer help us lug our suitcases up to the 4th floor (83 steps!!)…oh wait, they never offered to help….they just stood there and watched us struggle away!! To put bluntly….this place sucks!! The only thing this place had going for it was the location!!
