I was delighted to find the hotel located on our favorite square in Barcelona. A good sized room, comfortable beds. However, I got cold the first night and had to go hunting for additional blankets. The toilet did not shut off after flushing, but was promptly fixed when reported. If I stay again, I will request a room NOT overlooking the square, which was noisy well into wee hours of Sunday night. Walls thin- enough to hear a lively couple in adjacent room (think Sleepless in Seattle restaurant scene). For soap, you must use shower gel packets. Essentially one plug with three outlets that hangs from high on the wall near the (tiny) TV. Sadly, no token English language channel. Continental breakfast, bread and yogurt and cereal- carb heavy. The night clerk friendly and accommodating.

Beliggenheden perfekt, selv hotellet var rent og pænt, der var en lille morgenmad inkl, så man lige kunne få sin morgenkaffe og en bolle. Personalet søde og rare. TIl prisen var alt i særklasse.

Charming location in the Plaza Reial. Easy walk to cathedral and CV other sites; good access to public transportation and cabs. Room was clean, but small and dark. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, mostly bread.

Localização muito boa. Quarto com bom tamanho (fiquei no 202). Banheiro se nenhuma conveniência (você tem que comprar até o sabonete). O hotel não oferece secador de cabelo. O quarto não tem aquecedor. Para quem se incomoda, se o quarto ficar de frente para a praça, o barulho das pessoas falando pode atrapalhar o sono (eu dormi com fone de ouvido). Café da manhã não vale a pena: apenas pão, um bolinho sem graça, café e suco e nada é gostoso. Preferimos tomar café fora.

It was just so noisy. Location amazing (during the day) but at night it just got louder and louder.
