Séjour très mal vécu plus cher qu’un hôtel de grande chaîne et les prestations sont inexistantes. Le Personnel est hautain le petit dej pas à la hauteur. L’hygiène est douteuse

It was okay to stay there. Room size was okay and staff was nice. There were several issues. Tea bag was opened. Bath amenities were half full and printing on a tube was pretty much gone. I found a dead fly in my bed. The neighbor was snoring loud and I could hear that all night.

Overall we had a positive experience staying here. The reason for not giving 5 stars was one of cleaning staff stole $100 from our room. We had momentarily left our room and did not think that in the short time we were downstairs, that cleaning services would be performed. We still had our personal belongings out and money was on the table. When we returned, we found that a $100 bill was missing. Management investigated their staff but found that no one supposedly had the money. Other than that experience, staff were friendly. Some spoke English which was positive as well, as my French is very basic and limited.

Inside of the hotel is well kept. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I think they can add a few features to make this place absolutely amazing. If you plan on staying in the hotel for more than a week not much to see inside the hotel to be entertained. But one major attractions is the view from the Restaurant at the 7th floor. The majority of the staff felt like family by the end of my stay.

Chambre petite et sans réfrigérateur. Salle de bain vieillote non entretenue. Petit déjeuné avec des produit industriels de mauvaise qualité. Le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas.
