Un des pires hôtels jamais fait et avec une note bcp trop élevée pour la réalité. Le hall est très beau, tout refait mais rien d’autre ne va. Le quartier est flippant et mal fréquenté. Les draps avaient des poils d’autres et des poussières. La douche était remplie de moisissure, il n’y a aucun débit. Des marginaux se regroupent pour dormir à plusieurs et font un boucan insupportable toute la nuit et l’isolation est zéro. Les murs présentent des marques d’infiltration d’eau. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment limite passable mais pas à la hauteur. Le prix, les étoiles et la note sont largement surévalués. Conclusion à fuir absolument !

Very clean and comfortable room

Very clean room and building, breakfast buffet was fresh and had lots of variety! Shower was a little small and had a leak, but otherwise no compaints! Very good value, friendly and helpful staff, overall welcoming establishment! Thank you/Grazie!

Zimmer war soweit in Ordnung, aber schon sehr abgewohnt. Personal war freundlich.

Need a update on beds

I love the stay at hotel forum free breakfast was great . My only issue is the location was outside the city center it was a little difficult to get into the center on busy days traffic and the closest metro was a significant distance.. Staff was great also at night you had to enter behind the building very dark but was able to manage. If location is not a problem I highly recommend for Milan was good area with local restaurants .

Excellent servuce on staff and also free breakfast But if you want to explore milan this hotel locations is bit far and public transport hard in afternoon If you someone who drives that s ok Overall i love the atmosphere and clean rooms

Personale molto cortese e disponibile, nonostante i problemi di arrivo dovuti al traffico (ore 23) ho avuto la massima disponibilità. Hotel comodo pulito con parcheggio (gratuito)all'interno della struttura. Ottima ed abbondante colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Personale molto gentile e ottima pulizia. La struttura è pero in una zona un po fuori e per entrare la notte non c e la reception ma bisogna fare un giro all esterno ma all interno del cancello. Colazione secondo me migliorabile poca scelta
