We had a great time in Dallas. The hotel was clean and friendly.

Angel at the front desk was awesome. She was so helpful and kind. Gave us great recommendations and was very friendly.

The staff is very nice, our room was very clean it was quiet.

The delightful worker that checked us in was amazing and such an easy person to talk to

Amazing for a vacation spot, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding businesses. Everything was within walking distance, if I really felt like walking.

I requested an accessible room as I am a leg amputee and need it to take a shower. Unfortunately depsite the price of this room is higher than a regular room, I was told it had been given away by the time I checked in.

The hotel was overbooked and our room was given away. We were given a smaller room, some snacks and water.

Our experience was horrible, they didn’t get our rooms like they were supposed to so we had to change, the rooms they put us in were smelly and disgusting and everything was sticky to the touch. Found used bandaids in the window that my kid tried to play in.

Check in was a nightmare. Waiting 25 min for the front desk clerk to come back to his position, this was at 4:30pm.

This was a great place! Convenient location, clean, kind staff, and THE BEST breakfast bar I've had at a hotel. Our kids loved being able to stack their waffles with ALL the things. Its close to andretti, top golf, lots of shopping, etc. I will be staying here again.
