Estava com 4 quartos reservados , foi pedido quarto com cama de casal e foi improvisado junção de 2 camas de solteiro péssimo , a pia fica dentro do quarto e do lado da cabeceira da cama uma lata de lixo , Piscina só abre 10 hs da manhã até 19 hs . Hotel pouco flexível fomos pedir late check out não era possível !!!!! Sem condições não é hotel q voltaria

This is a lovely hotel—spotlessly clean with really lovely staff who were always friendly and helpful. However, the lack of air-conditioning definitely affected our stay. Despite the heat outside, we often had to sit outdoors to enjoy a drink because the bar area inside was even hotter. It was disappointing not to be able to relax indoors, especially in the evenings. Such a shame, as everything else about the hotel was excellent.

Amazing hotel. The restaurant on the rooftop is a must visit as is the spa. There are some lovely restaurants outside of the hotel but be warned it’s very lively and full mostly of groups of young Germans

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit einem umwerfenden Service von Beginn bis zum Ende deines Aufenthalts. Der Rooftop ist einmalig. Allerdings ist dieser nur mit dem Star Prestige Paket verfügbar. Wir können das Hotel voll und ganz empfehlen.

Das Essen war gut, jedoch oft lauwarm oder vereinzelt kalt. Lag am Buffet Betrieb und an den Wärmeplatten. Hotel schön, mehrheitlich ruhig. vereinzelt waren Partygäste hörbar (Ballermann) wenn das Fenster geöffnet war. Pool & Jacuzzi zu kalt (18°). cool - Fahrradmiete, Parkplatz. Angenehme Düfte im Hotel. Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

Super Hotel, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hat alles gepasst, gerne wieder :)

We loved our short stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been looked after any better. Everything was spotless and even though we had a standard room it was perfect for the time we stayed. The staff ( especially Marko on reception ) were superb. We were also fortunate to dine in the roof top teppanyaki restaurant which was a nice treat. The only one thing I could complain about is spending our day at the pool, spending money on food and drink and when we left our loungers to dine at the poolside restaurant our towels were removed from our loungers. Luckily when we returned there were spare beds available, if there hadn’t been we wouldn’t have been happy about this. You have to return your towels to get your towel card back so why the pool guy thought we had left we don’t know. This definitely needs managing better !

Beautiful resort! Well located for beach access. We rented a car and were able to get around easily!

Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld zoals je het overal zou willen in een 5-sterrenhotel. Een oase van rust, vriendelijk personeel en men is niet te zuinig. Genieten van A tot Z. Ook in de winter met gesloten buitenfaciliteiten een geweldige aanrader!

Tolle Unterkunft - tolles Essen

5 Sterne Hotel, welches wirklich jeden Stern wert ist - der Service an der Rezeption ist vorbildlich und sehr zu empfehlen. Meerblick-Balkon sehr zu empfehlen mit komplettem Blick über die Palma Bucht

Kaikki erinomaista: palvelu, ruokailut, henkilökunta, näkymät ja siisteys. Mutta varasimme private location parveke, niin käytännössä molempiin viereisiin parvekkeisiin avoinna ala- sekä yläosa, joten kaikki kuului naapureista liiankin hyvin. Siitä iso miinus, koska viiden tähden hotelli.

We recently stayed at the hotel for a couple's getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday. Overall, we had a great time, and if I could, I'd give it 4.5 stars rather than 4. There were some fantastic moments that made our stay special, but a few disappointments kept it from being perfect. The atmosphere was ideal for a quiet trip without kids around, and the hotel surprised us with complimentary treats for my husband's birthday, which was a nice touch. The room was spotless, and the breakfast selection, complete with Champagne, lived up to 5-star standards. The reception staff were friendly and always helpful. However, there were a few downsides. We were drawn to the hotel for the rooftop views, but found out access was limited to VIPs or restaurant guests. We later learned the rooftop bar would have allowed us to enjoy the view, but by then, it was too late. This lack of communication left us absolutely disappointed. Additionally, the restaurant staff could have been more welcoming; they felt less friendly compared to the reception. There was also an incident where we weren’t allowed to sit at a table for four as a couple, yet a single guest was seated there shortly after, leaving us feeling unfairly treated. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d rate it 4.5 stars for value and experience. With a bit more warmth in service and clearer communication, it would be a 5-star.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abfahrt ein Top Service. Wir hatten das Star Prestige Paket und konnten den Rooftop oben nutzen. Hier wird man von morgens bis abends verwöhnt. Dazu gibt es ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant in dem man tagsüber aber auch Abends sehr gut speisen kann. In unsere Kategorie wurde auch der Zimmerservice zum Erlebnis. Dazu gibt es noch viele viele andere Möglichkeiten die das Hotel bietet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, wenn es auch nicht gerade günstig ist.
