Great place to stay in a very quiet a good neighborhood

Property was clean however in need of repairs. Bathroom had water damage and shower wasn’t sealed. Difficult to keep water from spraying out. Property was safe and walkable. However, street was loud and noisy with workers, people until 2 am every evening.

The property is beautiful and clean. It is in a very lovely neighborhood and close to everything younmay need.

Excellent area filled with helpful people-wonderful boutiques- great bars and restaurants- beautiful buildings-60 Balconies is a charming building and our apartment was very spacious and pleasantly furnished- although seriously needed more light in the living area! Comfortable beds and linens- helpful staff

Tuvimos una emergencia médica iniciando el viaje, mi madre tuvo que ser hospitalizada le contactamos para tratar de no perder toda la reserva y no dieron ninguna opción pese a tener los informes de la hospitalización en turkia donde hicimos escala

Es un lindo departamento en el primer piso, no es necesario utilizar el elevador ya que es muy cerca. Amplio, limpio cómodo y bonito. Muy cerca del Banco de España, a unas calles de Serrano y a unos 10 minutos caminando de la gran Vía.

Excellent property and perfect location. Beds were a bit unexpectedly uncomfortable. Mattress not great.
