The best HI we have EVER have used! The check in attendant was fantastic!

They added a $150 charge with no receipt or reason for the additional charge

The building seemed very new... rooms were nice, clean,spacious

The hotel was bright & clean and the staff were all really nice!

I booked this hotel and arrived only to find that it was sold out. Someone did send me a text but I was still charged for the stay. Please correct.

One night stay in Denver. The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was very quiet, clean and well maintained. I loved that they offer turkey sausage at breakfast. It was also nice that they kind of changed things up for breakfast.

Beds were comfy, pool was nice, breakfast was best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years. Even good eggs!

Great front desk staff. Very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, good complementary breakfast and close to shopping and restaurants. Last time we stayed they had water in the lobby area along with the coffee. This time they didn't have the water. That is the only suggestion I would make is to bring the water back.

A nice stay overall. Comfortable beds. The woman at the front desk was happy to help us with whatever was needed. Nice breakfast in the morning too. Some things could be double checked. We rented two rooms and the tv remote in one room didnt work...and the batteries were corroded. Also the hair dryer cord was frayed. The pool was nice, and the hot tub worked. However, the pool bathroom had no toilet paper, and the door did not lock. The pool shower was broken as well, and there werent any towels. Overall, these were small details that should be double checked

Our stay was worth the money; quiet and comfortable and overall clean, with welcoming and helpful staff. We slept fine and were able to make an early morning stop at the Starbucks across the way. Only thing negative was when I moved the Kleenex holder on the bathroom sink, it was clear the counter hadn’t been wiped down behind it (some hair and residue hiding back there). We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or try breakfast, so can’t weigh in on that. Overall fine stay.

Front desk staff were super friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast selection. The pool and hot tub area is outdated. Hot tub was broken. Noise in the rooms made it hard to sleep.
