The room was pleasantly appointed with two twin beds and it was very clean. The next morning there was a great continental breakfast served.

My stay here has been easy. The staff has been friendly, and helpful.

I would stay again

This hotel is our top choice when staying in Yonkers. Would love it even better if healthier breakfast choices were available.

The room was huge and very clean and the bed was super comfortable! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff were excellent. Restaurants in the area were not the greatest. Pool only open form 9-7 and its small for the hotel. Free parking and 30 minutes away from the city.

What I liked about the hotel: The price was excellent, it was conveniently located near everything, and the room was exceptionally clean! I usually don’t enjoy staying in hotels, but I would definitely return to this one because of how clean it was. The staff was very friendly, and we felt safe throughout our stay. What I disliked about the hotel: The breakfast was disappointing — it tasted old, and some items were not edible.

I paid for kitchen and was given a room with No Kitchen. Which means somebody Sucks!!

The breakfast sausages were undecooked for my liking. They didnt come into my room to fix up and I needed an extra towel. I had to grab one from the housekeepers cart in the hallway. The Pluto tv app stopped working. The pool water was cold. The staff were super friendly and professional. They were very accommodating when I needed paper plates and toothbrush, that I forgot. The scrambled eggs, bagels and coffee were good. I would stay again, at a lower price.

The staff is Professional, approachable and helpful. The hotel and amenities are very clean. The area is very nice and quiet.

Needed early check-in after being on 2 planes for 4.5 hrs to attend a family funeral. Called previous day, told I would need to "purchase" Sat night. Wasn't needed bc I had reservation for Sun-Tues. Explained again don't need another night, just a small accommodation. No help. Arrived at 2:35 PM Sun (check-in 3:00, check-out 12:00) asking for whatever room was ready. Told I needed to wait until 3:00. Again explained we were going to a funeral. No help. Told wait 10 mins and room would be ready. 2:50 and told she would waive early check-in fee and gave us our key! My brother was traveling w/us for funeral. Asked about his room and told only 1 was ready. Made him wait until exactly 3:00 although room was ready earlier. As we waited for rooms to be ready, tried to sit in lobby/breakfast area. Tables; floor; seats were disgustingly dirty with food on the chair cushions and tables. Breakfast is over at 10:00AM, I believe. No cleaning. Checked-out on Tues and asked about my stay. Told mgr it was "terrible." Explained what happened during check-in and all she did was reiterate that check-in was 3:00 because people don't always leave their room as they should at 12:00. Only plus, room was clean. They should be ashamed that, during a stressful time with a family-member's funeral, they refused to allow us our rooms 1/2 hr early to change and freshen up after 2 flights from NC. Disgraceful! They should be ashamed!
