The room were allocated could not be locked and we had to be moved. The entire corridor was smelling of cigarettes

The hosts are charming and very helpful. We felt most welcome. The stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast superb. There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.

We booked last minute as we were were going for a funeral. Didn't expect much, but were very pleased to see it was more than just a bed for the night. The managers went out of their way to accommodate us, and over the stay made our not so pleasant reason to be in Hillcrest a very pleasant stay.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very hospitable. It was restful for great value.

Friendly staff. Great spot. I would definitely recommend.
