Friendly staff, easy to find, old fashioned hotel in an old building. Central location made it good value for money for festive season. Walking distance (flat) to main streets and Christmas Markets, good connections for transport nearby. Warm rooms, in a quite cold time of the year (December) was a plus. 4px room is very basic. The sofa bed when used as a bed blocked the wardrobe and made it inaccessible. We did not choose breakfast as we found it overpriced at 20Euro per person, many cafes in the area as an alternative as it is centrally located. I would recommend for a low(er) budget in a central location.

Excellent location and a very peaceful atmosphere. The room was warm and cozy, which was perfect for a winter visit. The bed was comfortable, the shower always had hot water, and the room was cleaned daily. A big thanks to the friendly staff for making our stay so pleasant. It was quiet and never felt overcrowded—definitely a great choice for a stay in Vienna!

A localização do hotel foi excelente, perto das principais atrações de Viena, fiz tudo a pé, e isso com um bebê de 10 meses de idade. A equipe do hote muito simpática e atenciosa. Quarto bem confortável, achei maior do que estava na foto. Banheiro também tinha um excelente tamanho.
