Frokosten var bra. Kjøleskapet på rommet virket ikke, var ikke noe glass på rommet heller, til å drikke vann.

Perfect location in Shoreditch. It was in walking distance to the underground, overground, and multiple shops and restaurants. The room was perfectly clean, with an awesome view of the train. No complaints!

I've previously had experiences with CitizenM but was highly disappointed in this location. I want to give this a second chance but between the logistics troubles, the water odor, and the housekeeping rules I don't think I would return.

Clean, good location. Close to Trains. Have stayed a couple of times in London and Citizen M and would recommend for solo travelers. Rooms are a little tight for couples.

On day the day our hotel stay was to commence (Friday 6/2.26) we had an emergency and our daughter was admitted to hospital. We contacted hotel that day and the following day ( Saturday 7th 2/26) to explain, hoping they would use their discretion ( as stated in terms) and not charge us. Eventually after waiting 35 minutes on phone an employee told us we would get charged for the stay even though we would be returning to stay in London the following month. Is this good customer service? Will it encourage me to book with this group of hotels again? Let’s hope someone with compassion contacts me to rectify the situation. No communication so far. Hope my disillusionment can be turned around.

Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely.

It’s a good hotel but is not a 4* as it is sold, rooms are small so for 2 people getting ready for evening in London, it was very difficult. Toilet is behind a plastic container and feels like it’s next to the bed which didn’t feel comfortable. No tea or coffee facilities in the room
