免費機場接送服務很好，房間內花灑水量太細外，其他都很好。 早餐比想像少東西吃，不過開得早，6點開始有得食。 寄存行李服務有二十四小時，之後每晚收費$10美金

Nos quedamos por una noche a esperar un vuelo de madrugada. La atención desde la llegada fue expedita y el personal muy receptivo, amable. La habitación cumplió con lo requerido para un viaje corto. Y además aún retirándonos de madrugada el equipo nos tenían snacks para comer en el aeropuerto.

Great shuttle service, restaurant and staff

This was very convenient for our overnight stay on the way to Rapa Nui. It is close to the airport with shuttle provided. The breakfast was good. Everything worked well for us.

Un hôtel très très proche de l'aéroport qui fait son job pour une nuitée d'escale à Santiago. Très confortable, propre avec un bon service et un agréable restaurant pas trop cher pour ce type d'endroit. Chambre très bien, bonne salle de bain. Un petit détail assez gênant quand même c'est le bruit de la ventilation qui se déclenche de temps en temps même si la climatisation est éteinte. Ici les avions ne s'arrêtent pas de voler la nuit et l'hôtel est vraiment sous les pistes... prévoir boules Quies !! Parking sécurisé, on est à 5 minutes de l'aéroport ! Il y a des navettes toutes les heures également.

Good transfer service from airport and friendly staff. Room very clean and comfortable.

The hotel has a great location, but it is a bit old and lacks an extractor in the bathrooms, causing the rooms to have a slightly musty smell

This hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle which we loved. They also offered the cutest bag breakfast as we had an early flight- before the continental breakfast was open, such a nice surprise. We also really enjoyed the dinner and drinks we had here, one of our favourites of our trip in Chile.

Everythings are good, esp the service , muy bien. The choice of breakfast is limited but since it is free so it is still fine. The only thing to conplain isvthe water pressure of the shower which dispoointed me

Convenient and great service

Second time staying here. Stayed for two nights for some downtime before next leg of journey. Comfortable stay and the laundry service was quick and inexpensive

Great Location near airport, not much to do in the immediate area, but good for an I ernight before or after flight.
