The room was pleasant and the bed was extremely comfy, the remote for the tv looked like it needed a good clean and the ceiling fan blew air up not down. Expensive for what it was, wouldn’t have minded if it was an £85 room.

The food was good, well stocked bar staff excellent and very helpfull.

They staff was very helpful and polite. The food was nice and filling. The room was quite basic, but clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Yet with it being a pub the rooms where not quiet till pub closed.

Friendly staff. I'd already booked but they offered me a choice of rooms as there was another one free. No hassle or complications such as lengthy registration.

We stayed at The Crafty Cow because it was close to friends we were visiting. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. We arrived early for check in and the staff were very accommodating.

Staff were very polite and helpful. Was not overly impressed with the room however but ok for one night. I doubt I would use this hotel again. Free parking and friendly helpful staff were two positives.

Bed so comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lovely hot water. Softest towels. Plenty of tea coffee etc.

Friendly staff, although Hotel access seems a bit like a backup plan. Heading in behind the bar to get to the rooms. The showers also were iffy on temperature, solid temp for first few mins, then ice cold and steaming hot cycles.

Perfect location to explore Bristol's Gloucester Road shops and restaurants. Friendly pub with good food options and beer selections. Room was large and bed was comfy. Bathroom is small, but you get use to it.

Clean rooms but surprised my room was not en suite, with a private bathroom up the corridor. Excellent staff. Dodgy door for access after 11pm. I was locked out and had to knock on the window. Also no breakfast available. Good beer in the pub itself.

The bathroom was shared and along the corridor - just as well we weren'f shy as we had only towels to wear!
