Great little hotel Friendly staff very welcoming Excellent dinner and breakfast

Great place to stay.

Great rooms, excellent breakfast. 2 minutes walk to the sea

The room (room 4) was wonderful; very clean and had everything we needed. Very friendly and pleasant staff. The entrance is a little off-putting- it looks a bit shabby and doesn't convey the quality of the rooms. Also, breakfast wasn't until 9.00 on Sunday, which is inconvenient if you have to leave sharpish. We mentioned this to the manager, so there may be changes in the future.

Last minute booking for a concert near by and an amazing find! The room was clean, well maintained and a sea view to top it off. Breakfast was lovely, gluten and dairy free caterted for without any hassle. We will be back.

Wonderful room and views. Easy access to parking and the De La Warr Pavillion for the gig. Great brasserie, relaxed atmosphere and food delicious.
