Todo bien solo la habitación que me tocó es un poco pequeña

Me encantó mi estancia en el hotel, la comida de buena calidad y sabrosa, el personal amable y atento y respetables. Las normas son excelentes para descansar. Volveré para mi próxima visita.

Le falta amabilidad al personal

Está limpia, alrededor hay varios comercios, el malecón está cerca a pie y hay varios restaurantes. El mercado también está muy cerca a pie. Tiene ventilador en el techo y a parte minisplit con buen funcionamiento.

Me sentí como si estuviera en sudamérica, Colombia , Perú, me dio esa sensación, nos la pasamos bien mi esposa y yo.

El personal del hotel es increible, muy amables todos, con excelentes recomendaciones, pude hospedarme ahi hace unos dias por toda una semana y la habitacion super comoda, muy tranquila, con buena ventilacion, el restaurante muy rico todo, y son super accesibles mi vuelo salio por la noche y pude esperar ahi sin ningun problema, espero volver pronto gracias por todas las atenciones😀

I’ve have a lot of great stays in Zihuatanejo, but this is now my favourite. It starts with a greeting from the super friendly & helpful staff, as well as Misha, the resident feline. She may even come to your room to say hello! Everything is wonderful: the spotless facilities, the central location and nice pool yard, you will love this hotel. We had a jr double suite. AC was excellent , helped us get a restful sleep in their comfortable beds. Location was quiet at night and in the morning. Steps away from lots of shops, vendors, restaurants and Mercado Central. The continental breakfast with breads, real fruits, coffee & juices will get you fueled up & on your way with the option to order other items. I’d highly recommend this if you like to explore the city and its beaches during the day, with an opportunity to come home and chill in the pool or go to the beautiful rooftop terrace. We met lots of very friendly people also on vacation . There are stairs with no elevator so not recommended if you have mobility issues. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are even looking to book when we return in Feb or March. Their ratings don’t lie , it is an excellent hotel. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
