Great location. Very modern hotel with an excellent and attentive staff. Would stay here again.

The room we were assigned was very small. Even for 2 people, the layout was not efficient. The toilet and the shower were in a seperate room from the sink, and separated by the door to go in and out of the room. I truly missed the complimentary water bottles that are usually offered in other hotel rooms. There were no vending machines in the hotel, and "cans" of water were sold at the main desk for $5 CND each, which is pretty steep. Although the water is safe to drink from the tap, it was heavily treated and tasted like pool water.

Great location and nice hotel.

Bring noise cancelling earbuds in case they put you in a room across from the elevators. It wasn't the doors or people, it was sounds of the mechanism clanging and rattling, not constant, but pervasive. My perception was that the sound was in the ceiling. I asked to be moved to a different room but was told the hotel was full - not sure if that was true although there were a few festivals on and a conference at the nearby conference centre, so possibly. My room was not inexpensive. In reviews I saw before booking I saw the word cozy - I'd say industrial. My room - a narrow room - had no dresser or drawers for clothing, just a small shelf. Check in is self check-in supervised by a staff member which in the hospitality industry just doesn't seem very hospitable. Or cozy.

Great service and extremely helpful staff with excellent breakfast

Everything is good , except the room is little small and the included breakfast is only for 1 , usually travel is 2 person , includes only for 1 , we have to pay for the 2nd person almost 50 dollars , which is not very worth it .

Great Stay !

We had a wonderful stay. The room and premises were extremely clean and well maintained. Valet was quick and sufficient, although we did arrive early. Valet may fill up, so I'd suggest arriving early. They were able to hold our luggage for us, which made it convenient to roam through town prior to check in. The gentleman who helped us check in was polite and professional. We didn't really use the amenities, so we can't comment on those. However, the gym looked very well-equipped (I regularly work out, and this would have offered a solid space for that had I chosen to use it during my trip). The rooftop was lovely. There was an event one of the nights that closed off the rooftop for a few hours. Didn't bother us, but something to consider if you're planning to use it on a specific day. Room service was quick and efficient, always replacing our towels each day. I was afraid the room was going to be too small, but it was just fine for two people. I appreciated that you had the option to close off the bathroom area entirely from the sleep area. The room had a very modern and sleek look. Our view wasn't the greatest, but we also didn't expect it to have one considering what we had paid for the room. Overall, it was a great deal for us and very accessible to the metro/bus stops for all our travels into the more local areas. Only a 10-15 walk to Old Montreal. Plus, it was located right next to a wonderful Cafe (La Finca) and the Dep is right across the street for convenience.

Everything was amazing room was perfect. Had some drinks at the bar and the roof terrace was also beautiful. We loved everything and hope to go again in the future.
