Loved our stay here. It was the perfect location between old Montreal and downtown. The tunnels were a 2 min walk outside to get to the underground city tunnels. The staff were really good and we even got upgraded to a suite. If we were to go back to Montreal we would stay here again.

Everything was great. Very comfortable and view was great. But nothing that would say 5 star exceptional.

The staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was lovely, eggs were very wet- not my favourite!

Had a great stay! The room was clean. With all the snow on the streets when I arrived, it would have been helpful to have a spot for dirty shoes near the entrance.

On my first morning, the elevators stopped working. There was no announcement. None. Even after I walked down 11 floors and ended up outside and had to walk to the front door to get back in the building AND, asked the front desk people if there was going to be an announcement, there was none. Next, the top sheet in my bedroom was torn and tucked away to hide the tear. Also, the halls are nearly black. I understand ambience. One afternoon though, I was returning to my room and felt very uncomfortable walking down the hall and there was an unkempt person moving toward me. I told the front desk ALL three things, politely, and absolutely no offer of reparations was made. I will NEVER come back.
