Meubles dépareillés et vétustes dans la chambre. Propreté médiocre. Pas de chaines de télévision en Anglais ou en Français. Fin filet d'eau dans la salle de bains. Restaurant de piètre qualité (absence totale de clients au restaurant ce qui n'est pas agréable). Par contre, personnel de réception serviable. Je tiens à épingler les bons services de Mohammed.

hotel needs remodeling, old , smells , ac wasn't working properly , odd charcoal smell when you walk into the lobby

The roof was leaking, tried to have a shower the water was on all floor, the carpet is disgusting, i called them for the water leak and to bring sheets, they ignored the leak and sent towels, i was completely disappointed.

The staff were amazing. The only downside is that I ordered a car to drop me off to the airport and they forgot. But then they sent another one.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s clean and tidy and comfortable. We rsvp’ed two rooms intermittently. Restroom was great but the second room, the flash was not working and we had to contact someone to make it work three times in One night until we demanded to change the room.
