Clean and staff very helpful

Clean, convenient property

Great stay. Elevator was out of order. Had to take the stairs a couple times so we didn’t have to wait. Other than that, room was clean, would stay here again!

The staff there were great and the was spacious. The only thing wrong was my preference of the bed; they were to hard

Overall very good but it was cold that night and the heat didnt want to work in the room. Since we had 2 children who were already sleeping including one being sick we didnt want to wake them up to try and switch rooms. We also forgot to tell the hotel as we were really tired. Besides that eveyrthing was great and we would stay again.

Overall everything was great besides the water didn't get very hot but could have been due to trying to shower around 8pm which mean others probably were doing the same. There was a food place just right across the street that was very very good and loved how we could just walk there as we were in the car for awhile. Stayed on our way back too and would stay again.

Friendly staff and facility great condition. My room had great bathroom…felt brand new.

Easy access

This property was under remodel unknown to us at booking. Services were not available due to construction- pool and exercise room. Ice machine broken and construction noise after 7 pm at night. Elevator floor dirty. The booking cost should have been compensated. The breakfast selection was fair without variety day after day.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

It was a nice stay. The bed, for us, was a little too firm but the pillows were not bad. The staff that check us in was extremely nice. We went to breakfast at 8:15 to get some orange juice and it was completely out and nobody in site to ask for some. That was very disappointing. We would probably stay again. Very close to interstate with a few good dinning options near by.

Good breakfast, clean room

We had a nice stay during our quick weekend trip to explore Cuyahoga Valley NP. The breakfast was very good with more than the standard fare and staff was readily available and helpful. The room seemed clean. Only complaint was that the air conditioner was blowing freezing air out and we couldn’t seem to find a comfortable temp for the room - it was either hot or frigid.
