Clean room. Quiet. Very dark (pitch black) with the curtains drawn, which was good for sleeping. Everything we needed. Clear menus, information, etc. around the room. Always great, friendly, helpful staff downstairs, at all hours. When the cleaning staff saw that the air conditioning unit was dripping, people fixed it right away. Minor annoyances: One of the 2 complimentary bottles of water was cleared away before I was done with it :( It'd be nice if there was more spare space in the fridge (full of small beverages and snacks). This particular room had a bathroom that works for baths but is not easy for hands-free showers (the showerhead-on-a-hose couldn't be aimed well while on the wall mount, without spraying out of the bath).

Fantastic Property! Great location to the church - 5 min walk and old town - 20 min walk. As accommodating a staff as I have ever dealt with. Kudos to Lukas and all the team.

Although a liveky boutique hotel we had erratic service at breakfast. Complained about like warm water in shower unfortunately not rectified!

Clean and comfortable. Quite a lot of breakfast options (croissants, hardboiled eggs, hashbrowns, meat, fruit, etc). Friendly staff. Sometimes there was a hairdryer kind of smell that would get into the bathroom. There are no recycling bins or compost bins that I saw.

I didn't get a chance to use the sauna or book a massage, but nice that those are possible. Friendly staff. A heart chocolate in a little box each day. Two bottles of water for free: once for the stay. Sometimes there was a hairdryer kind of smell that would get into my bathroom, but that was the only issue. That and no recycling bins or compost, however that's the way of the country/city, as I understand.

The room they gave was Not the same as Her last visit, to change rooms we had to Pay €400+ for a reasonable room Please Note that the charge is far higher than what I reserved! John S Gogol

Great location , excellent service and courteous staff. Will definitely stay here again. The only improvement i would make is to expand the room service menu to include more options, otherwise a true 5 star hotel.

Staff is great and professional, hotel is clean and the breakfast is amazing.

Vi ankom sent og hotellet havde glemt at finde 2 enkelte senge til os, efter at receptionen prøvede at sælge os et bedre værelse som vi nægtede gik han med til at opgradere værelset uden beregning. Opgraderingen var blot et standard værelse så ingen forskel her. Værelset var pænt men lys flimrede og blinkede hele tiden så hvis du har epelipsi skal du nok passe på. Sengen var lidt for hård at sove på så ikke nogen wow effekt herfra. Morgenmaden var desværre utrolig skuffende. Tjeneren valgte at stege æg i selve morgenmads området og der var ingen emhætte så der stank af madlugt og er man veganer eller vegetar så skulle man lugte til stegt svin mens man prøvede at nyde morgenmad i frem or ro.. overhovedet ikke pengene værd. Spar dine penge og find et andet sted at spise morgenmad. Desværre en kedelig oplevelse. Hotellet er pænt og rent men det føltes som et hypet hotel som ikke levede op til det. Prisen var ihvertfald ikke matchende og jeg fraråder folk at opholde sig her. Hotellet ligger dog centralt. Så derfor 2 stjerner.
