Reception desk personnel were all extremely helpful with my questions and also excellent recommendations. Breakfast staff courtesy and helpful service was excellent.

Beautiful rooms

The service at this little hotel is amazing - and it’s appreciated when traveling from distance. It’s all charm at this hotel with spacious rooms and amazing bathrooms! The treat of hearing opera music in the courtyard float into your room was about as Italian as it gets! Location does not get better. Right around the corner from piazza Navona - this is the perfect hotel for anyone wanting a little bit of luxe with a lot of convenience.

The room was wonderful with the best split unit a/c you could have for the heat in Rome. The staff, Cristiano Pierre Luiggi, and Manuel are super helpful, friendly and they take care of everything for you. Wish it would have a regular coffee shop for snacks and light meals. The area has a lot of restaurants to choose from and great Gelato stores. Highly recommend the hotel!

Todo bien sólo que el elevador no ahí de servicio y bajan la basura y huele feo es muy oscuro le falta luz y sucio En el piso 4 me tocó alado de donde está el staf hacen ruidos de platos de ahí en fuera muy amables muy ubicado el hotel y el sofá cama verde de tela de plástico no da buen aspecto

Excelente. Un lugar histórico creado por Borromini. Te encuentras como un palacete con la modernidad y lujo. Les recomiendo su buffet desayuno en su terraza. Para familias de cuatro los cuartos son muy confortables . El personal servicial. Cerca de su entrada tiene un buen restaurante italiano. A pie de la fuente de Trevi Panteón y coliseo, te ahorra tiempo por q son zonas de mucho tráfico.

Hotel maravilhoso, acomodação ótima. Atendimento, atenção, tudo perfeito! O único ponto é que dá para ouvir o barulho das pessoas andando e arrastando móveis/malas no quarto de cima. Por sorte os nossos horários eram muito parecidos e não atrapalhou, mas a acústica é um ponto a ser observado. Mas se tratando de conforto, qualidade do hotel, quarto, localização, atendimento, staff, a nota é 1000!

Bedding stained and wood floors dirty. Flies all over breakfast could not eat. Was not told of bike tour which limited taxi service around hotel the day of our stay and had to pull luggage for blocks with injured hand.

It is a lovely property on Piazza Navona; what more could you ask for? It is in an ideal location.

Advertised as sound proof rooms not so much. You can hear everything because the rooftop bar is above to room on the 5th floor. Other than that everything was fine. Friendly staff and great location. Also we had to pay for transportation when a shuttle to the airport was advertised on the website. Usually that means the hotel takes care of that so we were a little surprised when the driver asked for payment.

Las instalaciones me parecieron increíbles el rooftop, vivimos una experiencia inolvidable, atardecer, maravilloso y luna llena en mi estancia. En Roma, me hospedé en la suite, la cual tiene un baño increíble con una experiencia de relajación. A otro nivel. Recomiendo este lugar cinco estrellas

The location was great. The breakfast was very good and convenient.

Location on Piazza Navona is the best feature...Staff were pleasant and efficient...5th floor suite was very nice, but the sole elevator in the building was not working for 36 hours..Climbing 5 flights for two 80 year olds was not pleasant...

Service and location were incredible. It's truly a "magical" place to stay!
