Very very nice hotel!! Awesome hotel!!

Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done!

I have extensively traveled and stayed in many 5 star resorts. Hands down this is the best property I have ever seen. Everything was perfection. The only thing to know in advance is that this property is remote which means there are not a lot of food options.

Probably one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed at. GM Benjamin greeted us upon arrival and was so attentive throughout our stay. The grounds are stunningly beautiful. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffet is unmatched! Staff was amazing. Honestly, if I could give it 6 stars I would. And if you’re going to see Andrea Bocelli in Lajatico (which we did!), there’s no better property!

Great property. Since the moment that you make the reservation the service is top notch. They will make possible the impossible. Gemma is great helping you to book anything. Very nice unique experience if you want to have a tasting of Tuscan area. The hotel is spotless

I have travelled to many places and must say that the staff and especially Ben at Castelfafi were amazing! My kids and I had the most amazing time. Everything was perfection!!!

We had a fantastic family vacation here! The staff was extremely friendly, the food was amazing, and they made traveling with a baby so easy! Cannot wait to return!

This is the most gorgeous hotel ever! Views are breathtaking and everything was beyond perfect including the staff service.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Benjamin and the whole staff are incredible. My kids didn’t want to leave and they made their experience incredibly memorable .

A wonderful stay for our honeymoon! Loved every second. Surprisingly, the hotel is even better than the photos suggest!! It’s really so so beautiful, it feels like living in a painting. We will be coming back! Ps: recommend renting a car, as transport is quite pricy! Highly recommend giving Castelfalfi a visit!

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. The view is unbelievable. If you want to connect with nature this is what you need. Definitely recommend it to anyone.

Not enough space to praise castelfalfi. Most amazing service i have ever experienced, and i have been everywhere from St Barts, to Aspen, to Sydney, Tokyo, Paris, etc. cannot wait to go back!!!
